Description
- un sachet de conditionnement de semence animale et de traitement utérin constitué de deux feuilles de matière thermoplastique délimitant une poche ; et
- un dispositif télescopique d'insémination comportant une gaine protectrice et un conduit de transfert susceptible de se déplacer par rapport à ladite gaine à l'intérieur de celle-ci, ledit conduit de transfert étant adapté à être raccordé audit sachet ; dans lequel :
- ledit sachet suit un tracé fermé de forme générale rectangulaire définissant deux petits côtés et deux grands côtés lorsque le sachet est vide, l'un desdits petits côtés présentant une interruption prolongée par un conduit de remplissage et définissant dans lesdites feuilles de matière thermoplastique une zone de remplissage, et l'autre desdits petits côtés présentant une interruption prolongée par un conduit de soutirage et définissant dans lesdites feuilles de matière thermoplastique une zone de soutirage, ledit conduit de soutirage présentant deux diamètres différents, respectivement dans une partie à diamètre constant présentant le plus petit diamètre et dans une partie à diamètre constant présentant le plus grand diamètre, la partie présentant le diamètre le plus petit étant du côté de l'intérieur dudit sachet ; et
- ledit dispositif télescopique est adapté à être raccordé audit sachet avec ladite gaine protectrice sertie de façon étanche dans la partie du conduit de soutirage présentant le plus grand diamètre tandis que ledit conduit de transfert est serti de façon étanche dans la partie du conduit de soutirage présentant le plus petit diamètre.
Claims (9)
- Ensemble pour l'insémination artificielle animale, comportant :un sachet (11) de conditionnement de semence animale et de traitement utérin constitué de deux feuilles de matière thermoplastique délimitant une poche (12), etun dispositif télescopique d'insémination (1) comportant une gaine protectrice (2) et un conduit de transfert (3) susceptible de se déplacer par rapport à ladite gaine (2) à l'intérieur de celle-ci, ledit conduit de transfert (3) étant adapté à être raccordé audit sachet (11) ; dans lequel :ledit sachet suit un tracé fermé de forme générale rectangulaire définissant deux petits côtés et deux grands côtés lorsque le sachet est vide, l'un desdits petits côtés présentant une interruption (10a) prolongée par un conduit de remplissage (14) et définissant dans lesdites feuilles de matière thermoplastique une zone de remplissage (15), et l'autre desdits petits côtés présentant une interruption (10b) prolongée par un conduit de soutirage (16) et définissant dans lesdites feuilles de matière thermoplastique une zone de soutirage (17), ledit conduit de soutirage (16) présentant deux diamètres différents, respectivement dans une partie à diamètre constant présentant le plus petit diamètre (D1) et dans une partie à diamètre constant présentant le plus grand diamètre (D2), la partie présentant le diamètre le plus petit (D1) étant du côté de l'intérieur dudit sachet ; etledit dispositif télescopique (1) est adapté à être raccordé audit sachet (11) avec ladite gaine protectrice (2) sertie de façon étanche dans la partie du conduit de soutirage (16) présentant le plus grand diamètre (D2) tandis que ledit conduit de transfert (3) est serti de façon étanche dans la partie du conduit de soutirage (16) présentant le plus petit diamètre (D1).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une butée (4) est située au bout de la partie présentant le plus grand diamètre (D2) et en ce que ladite gaine protectrice (2) est adaptée à venir contre ladite butée (4).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de soutirage (16) du sachet (11) est déterminé par un cordon de soudure (13) en partant de ladite interruption (10b) dans ledit autre petit côté.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que au moins une des deux feuilles de matière thermoplastique du sachet (11) possède dans la zone de soutirage une zone de pelabilité (18).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone de pelabilité comporte un matériau de scellage et de pelabilité.
- Ensemble selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de scellage et de pelabilité est une cire.
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le conduit de soutirage du sachet (11) est prolongé par un évasement (19).
- Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deux feuilles de matière thermoplastique du sachet (11) présentent un décalage l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la zone de soutirage (17).
- Ensemble selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le décalage est d'environ 2 à 3 mm.
