Abstract

Procédé de représentation simultanée et non chevauchante d'au moins une autre fenêtre de visualisation de données, en plus de la première fenêtre de visualisation de données déjà présente, sur la surface d'affichage d'un moniteur. Pour pouvoir placer de manière simple, auprès d'une première fenêtre de visualisation de données, l'autre fenêtre de visualisation de données sur la surface d'affichage d'un moniteur, le rapport longueur-largeur et la taille de ladite autre fenêtre étant conservé, la première fenêtre de visualisation de données détermine des zones libres à angles droits (An) sur la surface d'affichage et les inscrit dans une liste (L1) avec leurs données caractéristiques, puis elle classe lesdites zones par évaluation des données caractéristiques avec une grandeur d'optimisation (Q), ce qui produit une liste dérivée. Dans la détermination de la valeur d'optimisation, l'aire de surface des zones libres à angles droits (An) et leur rapport longueur-largeur ainsi que le rapport longueur-largeur de la première fenêtre de visualisation de données sont pris en considération. L'autre fenêtre de visualisation de données est placée dans la zone à angles droits (An) qui possède une position prioritaire dans la liste dérivée.
