- Procédé pour affûter les couteaux (8.7) d'une déchiqueteuse à lames-couronne, qui comporte une lame-couronne ainsi qu'une pluralité de paquets de couteaux comprenant à leur tour des couteaux et des plaques de serrage (8.8), avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :1.1 la lame-couronne est déposée de la déchiqueteuse à lames-couronne ;1.2 les paquets de couteaux de la déchiqueteuse à lames-couronne sont déposés de la lame-couronne ;1.3 les paquets de couteaux sont démontés ;1.4 les couteaux émoussés (8.7) sont apportés à un premier poste tampon (9) et emmagasinés ;1.5 les couteaux émoussés sont apportés à une poste d'affûtage et affûtés ;1.6 les couteaux affûtés sont apportés à un deuxième poste tampon et emmagasinés ;1.7 les couteaux affûtés sont assemblés avec les plaques de serrage pour former des paquets de couteaux ;1.8 les paquets de couteaux sont remontés dans une lame-couronne ;1.9 la lame-couronne est remontée dans une déchiqueteuse à lames-couronne ;1.10 les couteaux émoussés et les plaques de serrage sont nettoyés après leur démontage ;1.11 les couteaux affûtés sont ajustés en position en fonction de la partie saillante du couteau lors du montage des paquets de couteaux.
