Claims (11)
- Procédé destiné à diviser des pièces (20) en forme de plaques de grand format, en particulier à fabriquer des pièces de meubles, dans lequel une pièce (20) se trouvant sur une table d'alimentation (12) est amenée par un dispositif de transport (24) dans une direction de transport (22) à un dispositif de sciage (30), (32), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes: (a) fabriquer, au moyen d'au moins un dispositif de fraisage (34), un premier bord longitudinal (76) présentant au moins un gradin (74) ou un coude, sur ladite pièce (20) se trouvant sur la table d'alimentation (12); (b) scier un produit semi-fini (50) qui présente ledit premier bord longitudinal (76) ou qui présentera ledit premier bord longitudinal, en réalisant un deuxième bord longitudinal (82) rectiligne au moyen d'une coupe longitudinale du dispositif de sciage (30), (32); (c) réaliser une coupe transversale dans ledit produit semi-fini (50) séparé, de préférence au moins au niveau du gradin (74).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est mis en oeuvre dans une installation angulaire (10), ledit produit semi-fini étant amené, après l'étape (b) qui est effectuée dans un dispositif de sciage longitudinal (30), (32) de ladite installation angulaire (10), à un dispositif de sciage transversal (60), (62) pour réaliser l'étape (c), dont la ligne de sciage (66) est située à un angle d'environ 90° par rapport à la ligne de sciage (38) du dispositif de sciage longitudinal (30), (32).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les étapes (b) et (c) sont réalisées par le même dispositif de sciage (30), (32) et que le produit semi-fini est tourné de 90° à peu près entre les étapes (b) et (c).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le gradin (74) ou le coude est réalisé à l'étape (a) au moins également par un mouvement de la pièce (20), parallèle à la direction de transport (22).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le gradin (74) ou le coude est réalisé à l'étape (a) au moins également par un mouvement du dispositif de fraisage (34), parallèle à la direction de transport (22).
- Installation à diviser des plaques (10) destinée à diviser des pièces (20) en forme de plaques de grand format, en particulier à fabriquer des pièces de meubles, comprenant au moins une table d'alimentation (12), au moins un dispositif de transport (24) et au moins un dispositif de sciage (30), (32) dont la ligne de sciage (38) est située transversalement à une direction de transport (22) du dispositif de transport (24), caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend au moins un dispositif de fraisage (34) et un dispositif de commande et de réglage qui est programmé pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Installation à diviser des plaques (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif de fraisage (34) et ledit dispositif de sciage (30), (32) sont disposés sur un chariot (28) commun et déplaçable le long de la ligne de sciage (38).
- Installation à diviser des plaques (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif de sciage comprend une scie d'incision (30) et une scie principale (32).
- Installation à diviser des plaques selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle présente une règle d'angle (84) qui est disposée à un angle de préférence de 90° par rapport à une ligne de sciage (66) et sur laquelle le produit semi-fini (50) séparé peut être appliqué lors de l'étape (c).
- Installation à diviser des plaques (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle présente une trappe à déchets au moyen de laquelle des déchets (78) produits à l'étape (a) peuvent être éliminés automatiquement.
- Installation à diviser des plaques selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que ledit dispositif de fraisage est disposé sur un chariot séparé déplaçable parallèlement à la ligne de sciage.
