Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'étiquetage d'un objet. De manière caractéristique selon l'invention, on fixe sur la seconde face d'une plaque support une étiquette informative (2) en sorte de faire apparaître tout ou partie des informations de ladite étiquette informative (2) au niveau de la première face de ladite plaque, et on fixe ledit objet sur la première face de ladite plaque (1). <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'étiquetage d'un objet ainsi qu'un support de présentation d'un objet.
Certains objets sont présentés sur des supports qui remplacent d'éventuelles étiquettes et qui comportent des informations relatives par exemple à l'utilisation, la taille et/ou au prix de l'objet présenté. Lors de l'étape de fixation de l'objet sur le support, il est donc nécessaire de choisir le support dont les informations correspondent effectivement à l'objet qui va y être fixé. De ce fait, lorsqu'il s'avère que les informations du support ne correspondent pas aux caractéristiques de l'objet auquel il est fixé, il faut détacher l'objet du support ce qui bien souvent abíme considérablement le support et/ou l'objet attaché. De plus, les moyens de fixation utilisés pour attacher l'objet au support étant souvent à l'épreuve du vol, il est en général impossible de fixer simplement et rapidement, sans utilisation d'un outillage particulier, l'objet ainsi détaché sur un autre support comportant les informations adaptées.
Le but de la présente invention est de proposer un procédé simple et rapide d'étiquetage d'un objet qui permet de pallier aux inconvénients précités ainsi qu'un support d'étiquetage permettant la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
Ce but est atteint au moyen d'un procédé d'étiquetage d'un objet selon lequel, de manière caractéristique :
  • on fixe sur la seconde face d'une plaque support une étiquette informative en sorte de faire apparaítre tout ou partie des informations de ladite étiquette au niveau de la première face de la plaque de support, et
  • on fixe l'objet sur la première face de ladite plaque.
Les informations n'étant plus inscrites sur le support lui-même mais sur l'étiquette informative qui est interchangeable, mais verrouillable sur la plaque support, il est ainsi possible de changer l'étiquette informative sans altérer le support et sans détacher l'objet de la plaque support.
Le mode de fixation de l'objet sur la plaque n'est pas limitatif de la présente invention. Il en est de même du type de fixation de l'étiquette éventuellement informative sur la seconde face de la plaque de présentation. Ainsi, il est possible de coller, l'objet sur la plaque de présentation ou de l'y fixer au moyen de liens ou tout autre type de moyens de fixation. De même, l'étiquette informative peut être collée avec un adhésif spécifique permettant de la décoller sans dommage, ou bien être tenue par tous moyens de fixation existant. Selon un mode de mise en oeuvre, on verrouille l'étiquette à la plaque support ce qui permet d'éviter la substitution d'une étiquette par une autre et qui s'avère important lorsque l'étiquette comporte par exemple le prix de l'objet étiqueté.
Les informations de l'étiquette peuvent être visibles sur la première face de la plaque du fait, par exemple, de l'utilisation pour former la plaque d'un matériau transparent. La plaque peut également comporter une ou plusieurs ouvertures. La plaque peut également être localement transparente au droit des zones informatives de l'étiquette.
La présente invention propose également un support de présentation qui de manière caractéristique selon l'invention comporte une plaque qui présente sur une de ses faces des moyens de fixation amovibles d'une étiquette informative.
Le mode de réalisation des moyens de fixation amovibles de l'étiquette n'est pas limité selon l'invention. Par exemple, ces moyens de fixation peuvent comprendre deux glissières parallèles correspondant de préférence à la longueur de la plaque de présentation, l'étiquette informative coulissant alors entre ces deux glissières pour y être ensuite verrouillée.
Le dispositif de l'invention peut également comporter des moyens de fixation de l'objet sur la première face de la plaque.
Ces moyens de fixation peuvent par exemple comprendre une languette solidaire de la plaque et au moins une ouverture ménagée dans cette plaque, la languette pouvant coopérer avec l'ouverture pour la fixation de l'objet.
La présente invention sera mieux comprise et ses caractéristiques et avantages apparaítront mieux à la lecture de la description qui suit et fait référence aux dessins annexés représentant un mode de réalisation préféré d'un support de présentation selon la présente invention présenté à titre d'exemple non limitatif et sur lesquels :
  • la figure 1 représente une vue de face d'un dispositif non assemblé de présentation selon l'invention ;
  • la figure 2 représente la vue de face de ce même dispositif assemblé, un objet étant fixé sur la plaque de support ; et
  • la figure 3 représente une vue de dos de ce même ensemble.
En référence à la figure 1, le support de présentation de l'invention comporte une plaque 1 et une étiquette informative 2. La plaque 1 comporte au moins une ouverture 1a dont les formes correspondent à certaines inscriptions 2a de l'étiquette informative 2 et, à l'une de ses extrémités, des moyens de suspension 1c du dispositif.
Sur la figure 1, par souci de clarté la plaque de présentation 1 et l'étiquette informative 2 du dispositif de l'invention sont représentées disjointes l'une de l'autre. Dans le mode de réalisation particulier ici représenté, la plaque 1 comporte des moyens de fixation 3 d'un objet qui comprennent deux languettes 3a et deux ouvertures 3b ménagées sur la première face de la plaque 1. Les languettes 3a peuvent être introduites dans les ouvertures 3b en sorte de fixer un objet sur la première face de la plaque. Dans le mode de réalisation particulier représenté, les languettes 3a sont solidaires de la longueur de la plaque 1 et comportent des rainures aptes à les fixer dans les ouvertures 3b. Après introduction de ces languettes, elles sont unies pour fixer l'objet à présenter puis coupées.
Les languettes 3a peuvent être indépendantes de la plaque 1.
Le procédé d'étiquetage de la présente invention est mis en oeuvre comme suit dans le cas du mode de réalisation particulier 1 de la figure 1. Dans une première étape, on fixe de manière amovible l'étiquette informative 2 sur la seconde face de la plaque 1 en sorte de faire coïncider les inscriptions 2a avec les ouvertures 1a, comme représenté sur la figure 2. Puis l'objet A est fixé sur la plaque 1 au moyen des languettes 3a qui sont introduites dans les ouvertures 3b. Durant cette étape, un seul type de support est donc utilisé quelles que soient les caractéristiques de l'objet A à fixer.
Ainsi, le procédé de la présente invention ne nécessite qu'un seul type de support. Il est même possible d'utiliser un seul type d'étiquette informative 2 qui comporte les informations relatives à tous les produits susceptibles d'être fixés sur la plaque 1. Selon le produit à vendre on choisira l'étiquette qui indiquera, par exemple, à l'aide de pictogramme, les caractéristiques et/ou destination du produit. L'étiquette est alors positionnée en sorte de faire coïncider les informations relatives au produit A effectivement fixé sur le dispositif avec les ouvertures de la plaque.
Un mode particulier de réalisation des moyens de fixation amovibles 4 de l'étiquette informative 2 sur la seconde face de la plaque 1 va être décrit en référence à la figure 3. Dans ce mode de réalisation particulier, les moyens de fixation 4 comportent deux glissières 4a et 4b qui s'étendent sur les deux bords parallèles de la plaque 1 correspondant à la longueur de cette dernière.
Chaque glissière 4a, 4b forme une rainure 4c dans laquelle coulisse l'étiquette informative 2. Les moyens de fixation 4 comprennent également une butée transversale 4d disposée à une extrémité des glissières 4a et 4b qui permet de maintenir l'étiquette informative 2, l'extrémité de cette dernière venant en appui sur la butée 4d. Dans le mode de réalisation représenté, la butée 4d est disposée à l'extrémité de la plaque opposée au moyen de suspension 1c. Il est également possible, selon un autre mode de réalisation non représenté d'équiper la plaque 1 de deux butées transversales disposées sur des bords opposés de la plaque 1, le retrait de l'étiquette informative 2 nécessitant alors de soulever légèrement cette dernière en sorte de la faire glisser sur les butées.
Comme on peut le voir les languettes 3a sont les seules par rapport au champs du support ce qui facilite la fabrication. Ces languettes 3a sont pourvues sur au moins un de ses quatre côtés de dents qui coopèrent avec le bord de l'ouverture 3b pour interdire l'extraction de la languette une fois celle-ci engagée.
Avantageusement l'étiquette informative présentera au droit de l'ouverture 3b une découpe permettant d'engager la languette. Cette languette maintient alors l'étiquette en place c'est-à-dire la verrouille en translation.
De préférence l'étiquette informative sera verrouillée sur la face arrière du support par exemple à l'aide de moyen de verrouillage tel que par exemple un rivet pour éviter son remplacement par une étiquette inappropriée.
On notera que le moyen de suspension qui dans cet exemple se présente sous la forme d'un crochet présente une ouverture donc les bords ne sont pas parallèles mais ouvert en V depuis le fond du crochet. Une entaille permet de positionner le crochet sur une tige support
Des encoches effectuées dans l'un des bords de la plaque 1 permettent d'y loger l'épaisseur de la languette 3a lorsqu'elle enserre l'objet A.

Claims (11)

  1. Procédé d'étiquetage d'un objet (A) caractérisé en ce que :
    on fixe sur la seconde face d'une plaque support une étiquette informative (2) en sorte de faire apparaítre tout ou partie des informations de ladite étiquette informative (2) au niveau de la première face de ladite plaque, et
    on fixe ledit objet (A) sur la première face de ladite plaque (1).
  2. Procédé d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on aménage dans ladite plaque au moins une ouverture.
  3. Procédé d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on verrouille ladite étiquette à ladite plaque de support
  4. Support de présentation d'un objet caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plaque (1) qui présente sur sa première face au moins une fenêtre transparente et sur sa seconde face des moyens de fixation amovibles (4) d'une étiquette informative (2).
  5. Support de présentation d'un objet selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (4) comportent deux glissières parallèles (4a, 4b).
  6. Support de présentation d'un objet selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens de fixation (3) dudit objet (A) sur la première face de ladite plaque (1).
  7. Support de présentation d'un objet selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (3) dudit objet (A) comportent une languette (3a) solidaire de la plaque (1) et au moins une ouverture (3b) ménagée dans ladite plaque (1), ladite languette (3a) pouvant coopérer avec ladite ouverture (3b) pour la fixation dudit objet (A).
  8. Support de présentation d'un objet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étiquette informative (2) fixée sur la seconde face de la plaque (1).
  9. Support de présentation d'un objet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la plaque est au moins localement transparente au droit de la zone informative.
  10. Support de présentation d'un objet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la plaque présente au moins une découpe.
  11. Support de présentation d'un objet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque comporte des moyens de verrouillage de l'étiquette sur ladite plaque.
