Description

La présente invention se rapporte à un fermoir déployant pour un bracelet de montre interchangeable et plus particulièrement pour un bracelet de montre souple en cuir, matière synthétique, textile ou autre.
Il existe des montres-bracelets qui sont équipées de moyens permettant à l'usager de changer de bracelet lui-même sans outil. Ainsi, l'usager peut fixer sur une boíte de montre un bracelet métallique ou un bracelet cuir ou de toute autre nature. Dans le cas de bracelets cuir, ceux-ci sont équipés de boucles ou de fermoirs déployants mais dans ce dernier cas chaque bracelet cuir doit obligatoirement être équipé d'un tel fermoir. Ceci renchérit le prix des bracelets, notamment pour des pièces en métaux précieux car, dans ce cas, les fermoirs déployants doivent également être en métaux précieux.
Le but de la présente invention est de donner à l'utilisateur la possibilité de démonter lui-même, sans outil, le fermoir déployant d'un bracelet souple interchangeable pour l'installer sur un autre bracelet souple, par exemple de couleur ou de texture différente. Ainsi, un seul fermoir déployant est nécessaire quelque soit le nombre de bracelets interchangeables que l'usager possède.
Un tel fermoir est connu du document EP-A-0 287 475 qui correspond au préambule de la revendication.
Le bracelet interchangeable peut être par exemple du type de celui décrit dans le brevet européen No EP-A-1 128 237 (demande de brevet européen No 00103952.8 du 25 février 2000 au nom de la titulaire). Il est évident toutefois que la présente invention s'applique également à tout autre type de bracelet interchangeable pouvant se fixer de façon amovible, voire sans outil, sur la boíte de la montre.
Le fermoir déployant pour bracelet de montre interchangeable selon l'invention se distingue par les caractéristiques énumérées à la revendication 1.
Le dessin annexé illustre schématiquement et à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution particulière du fermoir déployant pour bracelet de montre interchangeable selon l'invention.
  • La figure 1 est une vue en plan partielle d'un bracelet de montre muni d'un fermoir déployant selon l'invention, le fermoir étant à l'état fermé.
  • La figure 2 est une coupe suivant la ligne A-A de la figure 1.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective du fermoir déployant monté sur un bracelet, le fermoir étant à l'état fermé.
  • La figure 4 est une vue en plan de dessus du fermoir déployant seul en position ouverte.
  • La figure 5 est une vue en plan de dessous du fermoir déployant seul en position ouverte, certaines parties étant vues en coupe.
    • Le fermoir déployant selon l'invention est conçu de manière à pouvoir être assemblé aux brins d'un bracelet de montre interchangeable. Ce montage est conçu de manière à ce que l'usager puisse monter et démonter le fermoir des brins du bracelet sans outil, rapidement et très facilement. Ainsi, un même fermoir pourra servir à plusieurs bracelets interchangeables, ce qui est très avantageux surtout lorsque le fermoir est en métal précieux. De plus, ce montage assure la possibilité d'une mise de longueur du bracelet très facile. Enfin, comme on le verra plus loin, le montage et le démontage des brins du bracelet sur le fermoir nécessitent uniquement une manipulation des extrémités des brins du bracelet, mais aucune intervention mécanique sur le fermoir lui-même.
    Habituellement, chaque brin du bracelet comporte un passage ou trou à son extrémité devant être accouplé au fermoir. Une vis traverse ce trou et se visse dans une extrémité du fermoir. Pour monter et démonter chaque brin du bracelet, il faut un tournevis. De plus, après plusieurs manipulations, la vis peut ne plus tenir vissée ou bloquée avec suffisamment de force pour éviter qu'elle ne se dévisse sous l'effet du mouvement oscillant des brins du bracelet. Le bracelet peut donc se désolidariser intempestivement du fermoir, pouvant provoquer la perte de la montre-bracelet. Cet inconvénient ne se retrouve pas dans le fermoir déployant selon l'invention. Le fermoir déployant illustré comporte deux bras articulés l'un sur l'autre par l'une de leurs extrémités. Bien entendu, le fermoir déployant selon l'invention pourrait comporter trois parties articulées les unes aux autres.
    Le fermoir déployant illustré comporte un premier bras 1 dont une extrémité se termine par un doigt 2 et un second bras 3 dont une extrémité se termine par une fourche 4. Ces bras 1,3 sont assemblés par un axe 5 traversant les deux extrémités de la fourche 4 et l'extrémité du doigt 2 située entre les extrémités de ladite fourche. Les deux bras 1,3 sont ainsi articulés l'un sur l'autre par l'une de leurs extrémités.
    L'extrémité libre du bras 3 comporte d'une part une ouverture 6 destinée à coopérer avec un ergot 7 que comporte l'autre extrémité du bras 2 du fermoir. Cet ergot 7 et cette ouverture 6 permettent un maintien par clipsage des deux bras en position repliée, fermée du fermoir.
    L'extrémité libre du bras 1 comporte un dispositif de fixation d'un brin de bracelet composé d'un guide 8 présentant en coupe la forme générale d'un U, d'un axe 9 formé par une vis ou une goupille reliant les ailes opposées du guide 8 et d'organes de maintien formés par des pattes repliées 10 solidaires des ailes du guide et s'étendant en direction de l'axe longitudinal du fermoir.
    L'usager peut ainsi introduire l'extrémité d'un brin de bracelet 11 entre l'axe 9 et les pattes repliées 10 du guide 8, il retourne ensuite l'extrémité de ce brin 11 de 180° et l'enfile entre l'axe 9 et la partie dorsale du guide 8 en forme de U. La longueur du bracelet peut être ajustée en définissant la longueur du retournement du brin 11. Le brin 11 du bracelet est ainsi maintenu dans sa position accouplée au fermoir par l'axe 3, la partie dorsale du guide 8 et les pattes repliées 10.
    L'extrémité libre de l'autre bras 3 est articulée au moyen de vis 12 sur les parties latérales 13 du couvercle 14 du fermoir. Un axe 15 relie les deux parties latérales 13 du couvercle 14. La partie supérieure du couvercle 14 comporte des organes de retenue 16 du bracelet s'étendant en direction du brin 17 du bracelet.
    L'usager enfile l'extrémité du brin 17 du bracelet entre les organes de retenue 16 du couvercle, le replie autour de l'axe 15 de 180° pour fixer ce brin 17 sur le couvercle du fermoir.
    Comme on le voit au dessin, les extrémités des brins 11 et 17 du bracelet sont amincies de sorte qu'une fois repliées en deux elles présentent une épaisseur sensiblement égale à l'épaisseur du bracelet lui-même.
    Le bracelet comporte bien entendu à ses deux extrémités devant être reliées à la boíte de montre des systèmes de fixation rapides et sans outil, par exemple du type décrit dans la demande de brevet européen No 00103952.8.
    Ainsi, l'usager peut à sa guise changer de bracelet, l'accouplement interchangeable sur la boíte de montre étant garanti par ledit système de fixation rapide et sans outil, et peut ainsi adapter le nouveau bracelet cuir sur un fermoir tel que celui décrit dans la présente demande. L'usager peut conserver sa montre et son fermoir qui peuvent être par exemple en métaux précieux, et changer lui-même, sans outil, facilement et rapidement de bracelet.
    Ce fermoir présente encore l'avantage que les deux brins du bracelet peuvent être identiques, ce qui simplifie et rationalise la fabrication des bracelets.
    Enfin, grâce au fait que le réglage de la longueur du bracelet se fait sur les deux brins du bracelet, l'usager peut toujours ajuster le bracelet de manière à ce que le fermoir soit centré sur son poignet, toujours situé à l'opposé de la montre.

    Claims (1)

    1. Fermoir déployant pour bracelet de montre interchangeable comportant au moins deux bras articulés entre eux et repliables l'un contre l'autre munis d'un dispositif de crantage pour maintenir le fermoir en position fermée, l'extrémité libre d'un (1) des bras (1,3) étant munie d'un dispositif de fixation de l'extrémité d'un brin de bracelet (11) comportant un guide (8) présentant en coupe la forme générale d'un U, un axe (9) reliant les deux ailes latérales du guide (8) et des organes de maintien (10) destinés à coopérer avec la face supérieure du brin (11) du bracelet; caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité libre de l'autre bras (3) du fermoir est pivotée sur un couvercle (14) à l'aide de vis (12), ce couvercle (14) présentant des parties latérales (13) reliées par un axe (15); et par le fait que le couvercle (14) du fermoir comporte des organes de retenue (16) destinés à coopérer avec la face supérieure d'un second brin (17) du bracelet.
