Claims (9)
- Fermoir pour bracelet comportant deux bras (10, 12) assemblés l'un à l'autre de manière articulée par l'une de leurs extrémités, chacun destiné à être relié au moins médiatement avec l'une des extrémités du bracelet, le premier bras (10) comportant deux longerons (18, 20) et le deuxième (12) une lame (12a) intercalée entre les longerons (18, 20) et définissant ensemble un axe longitudinale (A-A), et un organe de verrouillage (16) pour attacher de manière amovible les bras (10, 12) l'un à l'autre lorsque le fermoir est en position fermée, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (16) comporteun poussoir (28) et un plot (30) fixés l'un à l'autre, disposés de part et d'autre et montés coulissant sur un longeron (18 ou 20), selon un axe transversal (B-B) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (A-A), ledit plot (30) étant disposé entre les deux longerons (18, 20) et muni d'un organe d'accrochage (30b),un organe élastique (36) interposé entre le poussoir (28) et le longeron (18 ou 20) sur lequel il est monté, pour les écarter l'un de l'autre,un crampon (12d) solidaire de ladite lame (12a) et placé de manière à ce qu'en position fermée du fermoir, il est verrouillé par l'organe d'accrochage (30b) lorsque le poussoir se trouve en position de repos, éloignée du longeron (18 ou 20), et dégagé de cet organe (30b) lorsque le poussoir (28) se trouve en position poussée, voisine du longeron (18 ou 20).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'accrochage (30b) et ledit crampon (12d) comportent des premières surfaces de travail (30c, 12e), en contact l'une avec l'autre lorsqu'une pression est appliquée sur les bras pour fermer le fermoir, tangentes l'une de l'autre, ladite tangente formant un angle aigu avec l'axe transversal (B-B), de manière à ce que la pression exercée par le crampon (12d) sur l'organe d'accrochage (30b) tende à écarter le plot (30) du longeron (18 ou 20) auquel il est adjacent, jusqu'à permettre à l'organe d'accrochage (30b) de passer au-delà dudit crampon (12d).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit organe d'accrochage (30b) et ledit crampon (12d) comportent des secondes surfaces (12f, 30d) de travail parallèles aux axes longitudinal et transversal et coopérant l'une avec l'autre lorsque le fermoir est en position fermée, pour assurer un blocage de l'organe d'accrochage (30b) par le crampon (12d).
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit poussoir (28) est relié au plot (30) par deux tiges rigides (32), parallèles entre elles et traversant le longeron (18 ou 20) qui leur est adjacent.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les longerons (18, 20) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par un barreau (26) sur lequel le plot (30) est monté coulissant.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe élastique comprend un ressort à boudin (36), intercalé entre le poussoir (28) et le longeron (18 ou 20), et un tube (34) entourant ledit ressort (36) et engagé dans des trous que comportent le poussoir (28) et le longeron (18 ou 20), ledit tube (34) étant fixé dans l'un et pouvant coulisser librement dans l'autre trou.
- Fermoir selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux ensembles formés d'un poussoir (28) et d'un plot (30), chaque ensemble étant monté sur l'un des longerons (18 ou 20).
- Fermoir selon l'une des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un troisième bras (14), comportant également une lame (14a), lesdites lames (12a, 14a) occupant chacune la moitié de la longueur desdits longerons (18, 20) et étant munies chacune d'un crampon (12d, 14d), et en ce que ledit plot (30) comporte deux organes d'accrochage (30b) coopérant respectivement avec un crampon (12d) de l'une et un crampon (14d) de l'autre lame, chacun des deuxième et troisième bras (12, 14) étant monté pivotant sur les longerons (18, 20) par l'une de leurs extrémités (12b, 14b) et étant solidaire du bracelet par l'autre extrémité (12c, 14c).
- Fermoir selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit barreau (26) relie les longerons (18, 20) dans leur partie médiane en référence à l'axe longitudinal (A-A).
