Description

La présente invention a pour objet un fermoir pour bracelet, bracelet de montre ou bracelet de bijouterie.
On connaít de tels fermoirs du type déployant à deux ou trois lames, comme celui décrit dans le document US 5.699.590, ou tout autre type de fermoirs permettant de rapprocher et fixer deux brins d'un bracelet dans une position fermée et de séparer ces deux brins du bracelet dans une position ouverte.
Ces fermoirs connus présentent notamment l'inconvénient de nécessiter l'usage d'outils spéciaux pour la fixation des brins du bracelet aux parties correspondantes du fermoir et surtout de ne pas pouvoir recevoir différents types de bracelets, par exemple souples ou métalliques, c'est-à-dire à maillons rigides articulés les uns aux autres. En effet, le mode de fixation de l'extrémité d'un bracelet sur une extrémité du fermoir est différent qu'il s'agisse d'un bracelet souple ou d'un bracelet métallique. Ainsi, un même fermoir ne peut pas être utilisé avec différents types de bracelets.
La présente invention a pour but la réalisation d'un fermoir pouvant être fixé aux brins d'un bracelet sans outils particuliers et surtout pouvant recevoir indifféremment des bracelets souples ou des bracelets formés de maillons articulés, en d'autres mots la réalisation d'un fermoir universel permettant l'interchangeabilité sans outils de bracelets de types différents, cuir, métal, etc.
La présente invention a pour objet un fermoir pour bracelet permettant de rapprocher et fixer deux brins d'un bracelet dans une position fermée et de séparer ces deux brins du bracelet dans une position ouverte et qui se distingue par les caractéristiques énoncées à la revendication 1 et aux revendications dépendantes.
Le dessin annexé illustre schématiquement et à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution du fermoir pour bracelet selon l'invention.
  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective du dessus du fermoir en position ouverte et reliée aux extrémités d'un bracelet souple.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en perspective de dessous du fermoir illustré à la figure 1.
  • La figure 3 est une vue en perspective de dessus du fermoir en position ouverte relié aux extrémités d'un bracelet métallique à maillons articulés.
  • La figure 4 est une vue en perspective de dessous du fermoir illustré à la figure 3.
  • La figure 5 est une vue à plus grande échelle et partiellement en coupe d'une pièce d'extrémité interchangeable du fermoir munie de son verrou en position bloquée.
  • La figure 6 est une vue semblable à la figure 5 le verrou étant en position libérée.
    • Le fermoir selon l'invention a pour but d'être facilement interchangeable entre un bracelet souple (cuir, caoutchouc, plastique, etc.) et un bracelet rigide ou à maillons rigides articulés les uns aux autres (bracelet métal, etc.).
    Le fermoir illustré à titre d'exemple est un fermoir déployant en trois parties, une branche centrale 1 articulée à chacune de ses extrémité sur une extrémité d'une lame 2,3 repliable autour d'articulations 4 dans le plan de la branche centrale. Ces lames 2,3 comportent à leurs extrémités non reliées à la branche centrale 1 des formations 5 destinées à s'engager dans des formations correspondantes 6 portées par le centre de la branche centrale 1 pour maintenir par clipsage ces lames 2,3 en position fermée du fermoir repliées sur la branche centrale 1.
    La particularité originale de ce fermoir réside dans la présence de deux paires de pièces de liaison interchangeables, respectivement une première paire 7 et une seconde paire 8, pouvant être fixées et articulées sur l'extrémité libre des lames 2,3 à l'aide d'un dispositif de verrouillage pouvant être actionné sans outils.
    Les pièces de liaison 7 sont conformées de manière à recevoir chacune un brin 9, 9' d'un bracelet souple, ces brins pouvant être mis de longueur et fixés sur ces pièces de liaison 7 de manière connue, soit par retournement du brin sur un axe, soit par un ardillon ou encore par pincement, etc.
    Les pièces de liaison 8 pouvant facilement être fixées aux lames 2,3 du fermoir par le dispositif de verrouillage en remplacement des pièces de liaison 7 sont conformées de manière à pouvoir être fixées et articulées sur les maillons d'extrémités 10,10' d'un bracelet-chaine 11 à l'aide d'un axe ou goupille d'articulation. La mise en longueur du bracelet à maillon se fait de façon traditionnelle.
    La fixation rapide des pièces de liaison 7 ou 8 sur l'extrémité des lames 2,3 du fermoir est réalisée à l'aide d'un axe d'articulation 12 traversant transversalement lesdites pièces de liaison 7,8 et l'extrémité libre des lames 2,3 servant d'axe de liaison et d'articulation. Cet axe 12 comporte une gorge annulaire 13 dans laquelle vient se loger un verrou 14 en position accouplée (fig. 5) de la pièce de liaison sur le fermoir. Ce verrou 14 est solidaire d'un poussoir 15 soumis à l'action d'un ressort 16. Ce ressort 16 et ce poussoir 15 sont maintenus prisonniers dans un perçage borgne 17 que comporte la face inférieure de la pièce de liaison 7,8 par un insert 18 chassé ou vissé dans ledit perçage borgne 17.
    Pour séparer la pièce de liaison 7,8 du fermoir lors d'un changement de bracelet par exemple, il suffit à l'usager de pousser sur le poussoir 15 à l'aide de la pointe d'un stylo et de faire coulisser l'axe 12 (figure 6).
    Le fermoir comporte ainsi un corps de base formé ici de la branche centrale 1 et des deux lames déployantes 2,3 et deux paires de pièces de liaison 7 et 8 interchangeables et pouvant être fixées et articulées sur le corps de base à l'aide du dispositif de verrouillage décrit et illustré aux figures 5 et 6.
    Chacune des paires de pièces de liaison 7 et 8 est spécialement conformée pour recevoir un bracelet souple ou un bracelet à maillons rigides articulés les uns aux autres.
    Ce fermoir est excessivement simple pour l'utilisateur, en service après-vente et au stock sans altération par la manipulation. Avec un simple stylo l'utilisateur peut changer de bracelet immédiatement et tant qu'il le désire, sans posage ni outil compliqué.
    Ceci permet de n'avoir plus qu'un seul fermoir quel que soit le type et la matière du bracelet qu'il soit rigide ou souple, en métal ou en cuir ou en caoutchouc ou en plastique ou en toute autre matière.
    Le système de mise en longueur des bracelets souples est simple pour l'utilisateur et identique quel que soit le type de matière des bracelets souples utilisé.
    Ce fermoir permet à l'utilisateur de ne plus recourir à un spécialiste pour changer de bracelet. Aucun outillage spécifique n'est nécessaire, un simple stylo ou crayon par exemple suffit à libérer le fermoir du bracelet.
    Bien entendu dans des variantes du fermoir, celui-ci pourrait ne pas être déployant. Il suffit en effet que les deux parties du fermoir s'accouplant soient reliées à un brin du bracelet par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de liaison interchangeable 7,8.

    Claims (5)

    1. Fermoir pour bracelet permettant de rapprocher et de fixer deux brins (9, 9' ; 10,10') d'un bracelet dans une position fermée et de séparer ces deux brins du bracelet dans une position ouverte, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte deux paires de pièces de liaison interchangeables (7, 8) pour relier les brins (9, 9' ; 10, 10') du bracelet au corps (1-3) du fermoir, l'une (7) des paires de pièces de liaison étant spécialement conformée pour recevoir tes brins (9, 9') d'un bracelet souple et l'autre les brins d'un bracelet à maillons rigides (11) et par le fait que chaque pièce de liaison (7, 8) peut être reliée et articulée sur le corps (1-3) du fermoir à l'aide d'un dispositif de verrouillage (12-18) pouvant être actionné sans outils.
    2. Fermoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de verrouillage comporte un axe (12) traversant transversalement la pièce de liaison (7, 8) et une extrémité libre du corps (1-3) du fermoir, cet axe (12) présentant une gorge circulaire (13) coopérant en position verrouillée avec un verrou (14) solidaire d'un poussoir (15) logé dans un perçage borgne (17) de la pièce de liaison (7, 8) et soumis à l'action d'un ressort (16).
    3. Fermoir selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que le poussoir (15) est apte à être actionné par la pointé d'un stylo.
    4. Fermoir selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le corps du fermoir comprend une branche centrale (1) et deux lames déployantes (2, 3) articulées chacune par l'une de leurs extrémités à une extrémité respective de la branche centrale (1) et par l'autre extrémité à l'une des pièces de liaison (7, 8).
    5. Fermoir selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'extrémité de chaque lame déployante (2, 3) articulée à une pièce de liaison (7, 8) comporte une formation (5) destinée à s'engager dans une formation correspondante (6) portée par le centre de la branche centrale (1) pour maintenir par clipsage ces lames (2, 3) repliées sur la branche centrale (1) en position fermée du fermoir.
