Description

  • La présente invention a pour objet une fermeture de lien souple, par exemple de bracelet montre ou de ceinture, conforme au préambule de la revendication 1, une telle fermeture étant connue par le DE-A-1 956 105.
  • Les fermetures connues de ce type présentent divers inconvénients, notamment de nécessiter, pour leur réglage, le percement d'une série de trous dans le lien, la présence d'une extrémité du lien qui dépasse au-delà de la fermeture et doit être retenue dans une boucle du bracelet ou du vêtement auquel est fixée la ceinture, ainsi qu'une sécurité de fermeture souvent insuffisante. En effet, dans le cas des fermetures comportant un couvercle formant fermoir, celui-ci peut parfois se débloquer intempestivement.
  • Les documents CH-A-416 191 et CH-A-465 942 décrivent également des fermetures pourvues soit d'un double couvercle formant fermoir, volumineux et encombrant, soit d'un crochet de sécurité encastré dans un couvercle, et de ce fait peu fiable.
  • L'invention a pour but de proposer une fermeture de lien souple avec laquelle ces inconvénients sont écartés.
  • La fermeture de lien souple visée par l'invention est conforme à la partie caractérisante de la revendication 1.
  • Le second élément peut être monté dans une position réglable sur le lien, tandis que le premier élément peut être fixé à une extrémité du lien. Le second élément étant convenablement positionné sur le lien, on comprend que l'extrémité libre du lien située au-delà du second élément vienne s'interposer entre la peau ou un vêtement de l'utilisateur, et l'extrémité du lien à laquelle est fixée le premier élément.
  • Ainsi est dissimulée l'extrémité libre disgracieuse et gênante du lien.
  • D'autres particularités et avantages de l'invention apparaitront au cours de la description qui va suivre, faite en référence au dessin annexé qui en illustre une forme de réalisation à titre d'exemple non limitatif.
  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'une forme de réalisation de la fermeture de lien souple selon l'invention.
  • La figure 2 est une vue en coupe longitudinale d'un lien souple muni de la fermeture de la Fig.1 en position verrouillée.
  • La fermeture illustrée au dessin est destinée à un lien souple 1 dont on voit les deux extrémités 1a et 1b, tel qu'un bracelet-montre ou une ceinture par exemple.
  • Cette fermeture 2 comprend deux éléments 3 et 4 solidaires du lien 1, à savoir dans cet exemple respectivement de l'extrémité 1a et de l'extrémité 1b. L'élément 3 est fixé au bout de l'extrémité 1a, tandis que l'élément 4 est enfilé dans une position réglable sur l'extrémité 1b, en fonction de la dimension du support qui doit être entouré par le lien 1, par exemple un poignet s'il s'agit d'un bracelet montre.
  • A cet effet l'élément 4 comporte deux joues latérales 5 reliées par des barrettes transversales 6, 7 et une plaquette 8 montée basculante autour d'un axe tranversal 10, le lien 1b passant entre d'une part la plaquette 8 et l'axe 10, et d'autre part les barrettes 6 et 7. La plaquette 8 a une section en équerre avec un bord longitudinal 8a faisant avec le reste de la plaquette un angle légèrement supérieur à 90 degrés. Ceci permet d'enfoncer le lien 1b lors de la fermeture de cette plaquette entre les barrettes transversales 6 et 7 et de l'empêcher de glisser.
  • L'élément 3 possède un axe 9, qui porte un couvercle 11 formant fermoir, et qui est adapté pour pouvoir venir s'emboîter dans des portées 12 de retenue ménagées sur des crochets 13 du second élément 4. Dans l'exemple décrit, les crochets 13 sont formés aux extrémités des joues 5 avec lesquelles ils sont venus de matière.
  • Le fermoir 11, de préférence convexe vers l'extérieur de la fermeture, est pourvu d'un bossage central 14 et peut venir se rabattre et se verrouiller sur une tige transversale 15 de liaison entre les oreilles 5, par encliquetage du bossage 14 sur cette tige 15 (Fig.2).
  • L'axe 9 peut être formé en deux parties séparables, par exemple deux demi-axes 9a, 9b vissés dans un manchon central 18 du couvercle 11. Pour faciliter ce vissage, les surfaces latérales des têtes des demi-axes 9a, 9b présentent des empreintes 19 appropriées au vissage par un tournevis.
  • L'élément 4 est muni d'un crochet de sécurité 16 articulé sur l'axe 10, et dont la partie terminale active est incurvée avec un rayon de courbure correspondant à celui du manchon 18, afin de pouvoir venir se placer sur celui-ci. Cette partie terminale incurvée est délimitée d'un côté par une pointe 16a et de l'autre côté par un bossage 16b positionné et dimensionné de façon à venir frotter sur le manchon 18 afin de bloquer le crochet 16 sur ce dernier. Complémentairement une fenêtre 17 est ménagée à la base du fermoir 11 et dans sa partie centrale, en regard du manchon 18.
  • La fenêtre 17 permet de rabattre le fermoir 11 sur l'extrémité du crochet de sécurité 16 après que ce dernier ait été encliqueté sur le manchon 18.
  • La mise en oeuvre de la fermeture qui vient d'être décrite est très simple et s'effectue de la manière suivante.
  • Après avoir convenablement positionné l'élément 4 par glissement sur le lien souple 1, et blocage sur ce dernier par basculement de la plaquette 8 sur l'extrémité 1b, l'utilisateur vient placer l'axe 9 sur les portées 12 des crochets 13, le fermoir 11 étant levé comme dans la position de la Fig.1. Puis l'utilisateur fait basculer le crochet de sécurité 16 de façon que sa partie terminale incurvée vienne s'appliquer sur le manchon 18, avec blocage dans cette position par le bossage 16b. Ensuite il suffit de rabattre le fermoir 11 dans la position de la Fig.2, dans laquelle il est maintenu par friction du bossage 14 sur la tige transversale 15.
  • La mise en place de la fermeture peut donc s'effectuer d'une seule main, et le lien reste fermé même si le couvercle fermoir 11 est intempestivement relevé. En effet, le crochet de sécurité 16 reste en place et garantit le maintien de l'axe 9 dans l'élément 4.
  • Pour ouvrir cette fermeture il suffit de relever le fermoir 11, puis le crochet 16, opérations qui ne présentent pas de difficulté.
  • On notera que l'extrémité 1b du lien 1 sur laquelle est monté l'élément 4 est interposée, après verrouillage de cette fermeture, entre l'objet enserré, et l'extrémité 1a du lien portant l'élément 3. Ainsi l'extrémité 1b non seulement n'est plus visible, ce qui améliore l'esthétique du lien vu de l'extérieur, mais n'a plus besoin d'être maintenue en place par des boucles complémentaires comme dans les dispositifs traditionnels.
  • En variante, il est possible d'intervertir les éléments 3 et 4, c'est-à-dire de positionner l'élément 3 avec son fermoir 11 sur l'extrémité 1b à la place de l'élément 4 et de fixer ce dernier au bout de la partie terminale la du lien 1. Il est également possible de réaliser le fermoir 11, 18 et l'axe 9 d'une seule pièce, ce qui facilite une meilleure fermeture du fermoir. Eventuellemnt aussi, le fermoir 11 pourrait être articulé sur l'axe 9.
  • Les deux demi-axes 9a, 9b peuvent être vissés dans un tube central de liaison traversant le manchon 18, ou bien l'un dans l'autre.
  • Le fermoir 11 pourra être solidaire ou bien non solidaire de l'axe 19.
  • Dans le cas où le fermoir est solidaire, l'axe 9 est fabriqué en deux pièces venant se visser et se bloquer dans le manchon 18.
  • Dans le cas où le fermoir n'est pas solidaire, l'axe 9 est d'un seul tenant et le fermoir 11 joue alors librement sur l'axe 9 y compris latéralement.
  • Enfin, il est possible de déplacer le bossage 14 du fermoir 11 en regard de l'axe 10 du crochet de sécurité 16. Le fermoir 11 peut alors venir se rabattre et se verrouiller sur l'axe 10, ce qui permet la suppression de la tige 15.

Claims (5)

  1. Fermeture (2) de lien souple (1), tel que bracelet ou ceinture, comprenant deux éléments (3,4) solidaires du lien, dont le premier (3) possède un axe (9) adapté pour pouvoir venir s'emboîter dans des portées (12) de retenue ménagées sur le second élément (4), ainsi qu'un fermoir (11) articulé sur l'axe (9) et pouvant venir se rabattre et se verrouiller sur le second élément (4), caractérisée en ce que le second élément (4) est muni d'un crochet (16) de sécurité articulé sur un axe transversal (10) dudit élément, et susceptible de venir s'encliqueter sur l'axe (9) du premier élément (3) avant rabattement du fermoir (11) sur le second élément (4), et en ce que le fermoir (11) est formé par un couvercle à la base duquel, au voisinage de l'axe (9), est ménagée une fenêtre (17) de passage de l'extrémité (16a, 16b) du crochet (16) de sécurité, traversée par ce dernier après rabattement du fermoir.
  2. Fermeture selon la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que le fermoir (11) est solidaire de l'axe (9), qui est réalisé en deux pièces vissées et bloquées dans un manchon central (18) du fermoir (11).
  3. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe (9) est d'un seul tenant et le fermoir (11) joue librement sur l'axe (9) y compris latéralement.
  4. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 , caractérisée en ce que le fermoir (11) est pourvu d'un bossage central (14) qui peut se rabattre et se verrouiller sur une tige transversale (15) du second élément (4).
  5. Fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le fermoir (11) est pourvu d'un bossage central qui peut venir se rabattre et se verrouiller sur l'axe (10) du crochet de sécurité (16).
