Between the end 28 of the concrete screw 20 and a flanged collar 29 of the guide sleeve 23, a package of two metal discs 30 and a sealing bushing 31 is held from rubber-elastic material which is slightly biased by the depression of the guide sleeve 23 into the through hole 26 in the concrete screw 20.
  • the pre-assembled packer is screwed to prepare an injection in a previously introduced into the concrete component bore 32 at a crack or suspected cavity suspicion, and indeed so deep until the collar 29 of the guide sleeve 23 starts at a shoulder 33 of the bore 32. Since the guide sleeve 23 slides in the through hole 26 of the concrete screw under the force exerted by the concrete screw when screwing axial force, the package of the two discs 30 and the sealing bushing 31 is slightly compressed in the last phase of the screwing, so that under slight shortening of the length of this Package the sealing bush is pressed to generate a sufficient seal on the bore wall.
  • the holding force between the packer and the component is thus different from the prior art (Fig. 1) not by the frictional force between the sealing bushing 31 and bore 32nd but by the positive cooperation of the external thread of the threaded portion 22 of the concrete screw 20 with the internal thread produced thereby applied in the wall of the bore 32.
  • the packer of the invention has fewer parts and may be smaller in size than the prior art packer shown in Figure 1, resulting overall in a significantly shorter and more compact design as well as a smaller diameter borehole. Nevertheless, the packer can due to the positive connection with the wellbore form-fitting much higher holding forces, ie with increased security many times. transfer.
  • a packer according to the invention can be mounted easily in the manner described and dismantled by unscrewing and reuse several times. It is not a problem if, when unscrewing the concrete screw 20 from the borehole 32, the guide sleeve 23 together with the sealing bush remains in the bore. For reuse is then merely a new guide sleeve 23 with deferred package of sealing bushing 31 and 30 washers press into the through hole 26 of the concrete screw 20.

Description

  • Figur 2a
    einen vormontierten Packer gemäß der Erfindung in Seitenansicht;
    Figur 2b
    den vormontierten Packer gemäß Figur 2a, jedoch vollständig geschnitten;
    Figur 3
    einen Axialschnitt durch ein vorgebohrtes, zur Aufnahme des Packers nach Figur 1 bemessenes Bohrloch in einem zu sanierenden Bauteil aus Beton und
    Figur 4
    eine Schnittdarstellung mit einem in das Bohrloch nach Figur 3 eingesetzten Pakker gemäß Figur 1.
