Claims (7)
- Garniture d'étanchéité pour introduire des milieux d'injection sous pression dans des fentes ou des cavités se trouvant dans du béton, de la pierre ou des matériaux de construction analogues à travers une pièce tubulaire, qui comporte une vis (20) avec une partie filetée (22), qui est appliquée dans un perçage (32) dans le béton à l'endroit de la fente ou de la cavité et qui est obturée par au moins un joint d'étanchéité déformable (31), qui est pressé contre la paroi du perçage, dans laquelle- la vis (20) y compris la partie filetée (22) est traversée par un passage foré (26) pour le milieu d'injection,- la partie filetée (22) est pourvue d'un filet taillant directement dans le béton, et- le joint d'étanchéité (31) est disposé entre la partie filetée (22) et un épaulement (33) dans le perçage et est pressé contre cet épaulement (33) par la partie filetée (22).
- Garniture d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la vis creuse (20) est.pourvue à sa tête (21) d'un raccord (25) pour le milieu d'injection.
- Garniture d'étanchéité selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la vis (20) présente, à l'extrémité d'injection, une partie de guidage lisse (23) pour le centrage et le guidage du joint d'étanchéité formé par un manchon d'étanchéité (31).
- Garniture d'étanchéité selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie de guidage est formée par un manchon de guidage séparé (23), à enfoncer dans un passage foré (26) de la vis (20).
- Garniture d'étanchéité selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon d'étanchéité (31) peut être pressé entre la vis et une collerette rabattue (29) du manchon de guidage (23) pour produire une pression d'étanchéité désirée contre la paroi du trou foré.
- Garniture d'étanchéité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le perçage (32) présente plusieurs gradins.
- Procédé pour introduire des milieux d'injection sous pression dans des fentes ou des cavités se trouvant dans du béton, de la pierre ou des matériaux de construction analogues, à travers une vis (20) avec une partie filetée (22), qui est appliquée dans un perçage (32) réalisé avec au moins un épaulement (33) et de ce fait étagé dans le béton à l'endroit de la cavité ou de la fente et qui est obturé par au moins un joint d'étanchéité déformable (31) dans le perçage, qui est pressé contre la paroi du perçage, dans lequel- la vis (20) traversée par un passage foré (26) pour le milieu d'injection est préparée avec une partie filetée (22), qui est vissée directement dans le béton, et- le joint d'étanchéité (31) est pressé contre l'épaulement (33) par vissage de la vis (20) dans le perçage (32) afin de produire une pression d'étanchéité désirée par rapport à la paroi du perçage.
