Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Hosensteg für einen Kleiderbügel mit einem Hosenstegkörper bestehend aus einer Grundfläche und einer der Grundfläche gegenüberliegenden Auflagefläche für Kleidungsstücke, insbesondere Hosen, und zwei zueinander parallelen, die Grundfläche und die Auflagefläche verbindende Seitenflächen, wobei die Seitenflächen jeweils eine parallel zur Längserstreckung des Hosenstegs verlaufende rillenförmige Vertiefung aufweisen.
Ein derartiger Hosensteg für einen Kleiderbügel ist aus der US-A-4714183 bekannt. Die Ausgestaltung der rillenförmigen Vertiefungen erlaubt es jedoch nicht, dass zum Beispiel schwere Gegenstände mittels Klemmen an dem bekannten Hosenbügel befestigt werden können. Des weiteren sind Hosenstege oder Hosenbügel für Kleiderbügel in einer vielfältigen Variationsbreite bekannt. Üblicherweise sind bekannte Hosenstege einstückig mit dem entsprechenden Kleiderbügelkörper verbunden. Es ist aber auch bekannt, derartige Hosenbügel steckbar und damit lösbar mit dem Kleiderbügelkörper zu verbinden. Nachteilig an den bekannten Hosenstegen ist jedoch, daß diese je nach Anforderung von Kleiderbügelgröße eine fest vordefinierte Länge aufweisen. Dies bedeutet, daß für jede Kleiderbügelgröße und Kleiderbügelvariation ein passender Hosensteg in der entsprechenden Größe und Ausgestaltung hergestellt werden muss. Insbesondere bei Kleiderbügeln und Hosenstegen aus Kunststoff bedeutet dies einen sehr hohen Aufwand und damit verbunden sehr hohe Kosten bei der Herstellung der Hosenstege, da für jede Hosenstegart ein eigenes Werkzeug angefertigt werden muss. Zudem sind die bisher bekannten Hosenstege nur zur Auf- und Ablage von Kleidungsstücken, insbesondere von Hosen geeignet.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Hosensteg der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, der einerseits kostengünstig herstellbar ist, vielseitig verwendbar ist und es andererseits auch ermöglicht schwere Gegenstände mittels Klemmen an dem Hosensteg zu befestigen.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch einen Hosensteg gemäß den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Ein erfindungsgemäßer Hosensteg für einen Kleiderbügel weist Seitenflächen auf, die jeweils eine parallel zur Längserstreckung des Hosenstegs verlaufende rillenförmige Vertiefung aufweisen. Die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen dienen dabei zur Aufnahme von Klemmvorrichtungen weiterer Kleiderbügelelemente, wie z.B. Haken oder ähnlichem und sind hinterschnitten. Dadurch ist einerseits eine sehr große Variationsbreite bei der Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Hosenstegs gewährleistet. Andererseits wird durch eine derartige Ausgestaltung der rillenförmigen Vertiefungen eine Verstärkung der Klemmwirkung gewährleistet. Somit ist es möglich auch schwerere Gegenstände mittels Klemmen an dem Hosensteg zu befestigen. Vorteilhafterweise weist der erfindungsgemäße Hosensteg zudem ein Hohlprofil auf, so daß es u.a. möglich ist, bei Hosenstegen aus Kunststoff diese mittels eines Extrusionsverfahrens herzustellen, wodurch es wiederum möglich ist, jede beliebige Länge eines Hosenstegs herzustellen. Damit entfallen die üblicherweise notwendigen Herstellungskosten für unterschiedliche Werkzeuge, so daß die Herstellungskosten für den erfindungsgemäßen Hosensteg insgesamt deutlich gesenkt werden können.
In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Hosenstegs weisen die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen jeweils eine Basisfläche und je zwei von der jeweiligen Basisfläche ausgehende Seitenwände, die mit den Seitenflächen des Hosenstegs verbunden sind, auf, wobei sich der Abstand der Seitenwände jedes Seitenwandpaares in der Richtung der Seitenflächen verringert. In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Hosenstegs sind die Grundflächen und/oder die Auflagefläche des Hosenstegs ungefähr halbkreisförmig ausgebildet. Damit ist vorteilhafterweise gewährleistet, daß die aufliegenden Kleidungsstücke einerseits sicher gelagert werden können und andererseits die Gefahr von Beschädigungen minimiert wird.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Hosensteges weist die Auflagefläche über mindestens einen Teilbereich mindestens eine rutschhemmende Schicht auf. Die rutschhemmende Schicht kann dabei aus Kunststoff oder Gummi bestehen. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß die rutschhemmende Schicht durch eine aufgerauhte Fläche der Auflagefläche selbst gebildet wird. Durch die Ausbildung einer rutschhemmenden Schicht über mindestens einen Teilbereich der Auflagefläche ist ein sicherer Halt des aufliegenden Kleidungsstückes gewährleistet.
Weitere Einzelheiten, Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem in den Figuren beschriebenen und beispielhaft dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch einen Hosenstegkörper 12 des Hosenstegs 10. Man erkennt, daß der Hosenstegkörper 12 aus einer Grundfläche 16 und einer der Grundfläche 16 gegenüberliegenden Auflagefläche für Kleidungsstücke, insbesondere für Hosen, und zwei zueinander parallelen, die Grundfläche 16 und die Auflagefläche 18 verbindende Seitenflächen 20, 22 besteht. Des weiteren erkennt man, daß die Seitenflächen 20, 22 jeweils eine rillenförmige Vertiefung 26, 28 aufweisen. Die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen 26, 28 weisen dabei jeweils eine Basisfläche 30, 32 und je zwei von der jeweiligen Basisfläche 30, 32 ausgehende Seitenwände 34a, 34b, 36a, 36b auf, die mit den Seitenflächen 20, 22 des Hosenstegs 10 verbunden sind. Dabei verringert sich der Abstand der Seitenwände 34a, 34b, 36a, 36b jedes Seitenwandpaares in Richtung der Seitenflächen 20, 22. Es entsteht ein sogenannter Hinterschnitt der rillenförmigen Vertiefungen.
Die Grundfläche 16 und die Auflagefläche 18 sind ungefähr halbkreisförmig ausgebildet. Zudem weist die Auflagefläche 18 eine rutschhemmende Schicht 24 auf. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die rutschhemmende Schicht 24 aus drei länglichen Teilbereichen, die sich über die gesamte Längserstreckung der Auflagefläche erstrecken und die rutschhemmende Schicht aufweisen. Die rutschhemmende Schicht 24 kann dabei aus Kunststoff oder Gummi bestehen. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß die rutschhemmende Schicht 24 durch eine aufgerauhte Fläche der Auflagefläche 18 selbst gebildet wird.
Der dargestellte Hosensteg 10 besteht aus Kunststoff. Er wird mittels eines Extrusionsverfahrens hergestellt, was einerseits die Herstellung beliebiger Längen erlaubt und andererseits den Vorteil aufweist, daß ein gleichzeitiger Auftrag der obengenannten rutschhemmenden Schicht 24 möglich ist. Im letzteren Fall muß dabei nur das Material des Hosensteges 10 mit dem Material der rutschhemmenden Schicht 24 gleichzeitig verarbeitbar sein.
Figur 2 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Hosenstegs 10. Man erkennt, daß die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen 26, 28 jeweils parallel zur Längserstreckung des Hosenstegs 10 verlaufen. Idealerweise sind die Vertiefungen 26, 28 auch exakt gegenüberliegend angeordnet.

Claims (7)

  1. Hosensteg für einen Kleiderbügel mit einem Hosenstegkörper (12) bestehend aus einer Grundfläche (16) und einer der Grundfläche (16) gegenüberliegenden Auflagefläche (18) für Kleidungsstücke, insbesondere Hosen, und zwei zueinander parallelen, die Grundfläche (16) und die Auflagefläche (18) verbindende Seitenflächen (20, 22), wobei die Seitenflächen (20,22) jeweils eine parallel zur Längserstreckung des Hosenstegs (10) verlaufende rillenförmige Vertiefung (26, 28) aufweisen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen (20, 22) hinterschnitten sind.
  2. Hosensteg nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rillenförmigen Vertiefungen (26, 28) jeweils eine Basisfläche (30, 32) und je zwei von der jeweiligen Basisfläche (30, 32) ausgehende Seitenwände (34a, 34b, 36a, 36b), die mit den Seitenflächen (20, 22) des Hosenstegs (10) verbunden sind, aufweisen, wobei sich der Abstand der Seitenwände (34a, 34b, 36a, 36b) jedes Seitenwandpaares in Richtung der Seitenflächen (20, 22) verringert.
  3. Hosensteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Grundfläche (16) und/oder die Auflagefläche (18) ungefähr halbkreisförmig ausgebildet sind.
  4. Hosensteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagefläche (18) über mindestens einen Teilbereich mindestens eine rutschhemmende Schicht (24) aufweist.
  5. Hosensteg nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rutschhemmende Schicht (24) aus Kunststoff oder Gummi besteht.
  6. Hosensteg nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rutschhemmende Schicht (24) durch eine aufgerauhte Fläche der Auflagefläche (18) gebildet wird.
  7. Hosensteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Hosensteg (10) aus Kunststoff besteht.
