Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande du système de freinage d'un véhicule. Ce dispositif comprend un bloc pédale (1) avec une pédale de frein (10) montée pivotante, un amplificateur de force de freinage (2) doté d'un boîtier présentant une base (6) et une calotte (5), et un composant maître-cylindre de frein (3) relié au boîtier et permettant d'exercer une force hydraulique sur les différents freins sur roue du véhicule automobile. Le bloc pédale (1) et la base de boîtier (6) sont moulés d'une seule pièce en plastique. La calotte (5) et le composant maître-cylindre de frein (3) qui présente un réservoir (4) pourvu d'une base (4a) et une unité piston (14), sont moulés d'une seule pièce sous la forme d'une pièce en matière plastique. De plus, l'unité piston (14) abrite un tuyau hydraulique (15) qui est enveloppé de la pièce en matière plastique et est destiné à recevoir les différents pistons de frein (17). Cette conception selon l'invention permet d'obtenir un dispositif de commande particulièrement compacte, ce qui permet de réduire le poids et le nombre de pièces détachées utilisées. Des conceptions spéciales de l'objet de l'invention, permettent également d'utiliser un amplificateur de force de freinage tandem au lieu de l'amplificateur de force de freinage simple qui correspond à l'état de la technique.
