Claims (12)
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung zum Schneiden von Verpackungsmaterialien (9), mit einer Matrize (1) und einem Messerteil, der mindestens zwei an einer Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) angeordnete Messer (2) aufweist, wobei die Matrize (1) und der Messerteil zur Ausführung eines Schnittes relativ zueinander bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Messer (2) im Messerteil über ein Gaskissen an der Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) kraftabhängig gelagert ist, so dass seine Lage gegenüber der Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) sich in Abhängigkeit von der durch eine Berührung mit einem Verpackungsmaterial (9) oder der Matrize (1) entstehenden Kraft definiert verändert.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so ausgebildet und gesteuert ist, dass das mindestens eine kraftabhängig angeordnete Messer (2) bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes durch Aufeinanderzubewegen des Messerteils und der Matrize (1) in Berührung mit der Matrize (1) kommt.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes in Berührung mit der Matrize (1) kommende Messer (2) im Messerteil individuell oder zusammen mit anderen Messern (2) gruppenweise über ein Gaskissen an der Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) kraftabhängig gelagert ist, so dass seine Lage gegenüber der Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) sich in Abhängigkeit von der durch eine Berührung mit einem Verpackungsmaterial (9) oder der Matrize (1) entstehenden Kraft definiert verändert.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Einstellung einer maximalen Kraft aufweist, die im Fall einer Berührung zwischen dem Messer (2) und der Matrize (1) durch die auf das Messer (2) wirkende Kraft nicht überschritten wird.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie so ausgebildet und gesteuert ist, dass bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes durch Aufeinanderzubewegen des Messerteils und der Matrize (1) auf die Messer (2) eine Kraft von höchstens 1000 N pro mm Messerlänge, vorzugsweise 10 - 100 N pro mm Messerlänge und pro mm Dicke des zu schneidenden Verpackungsmaterials (9), wirkt.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnungen der einzelnen Messer (2) im Messerteil zwischen einer Schneidestellung und einer Kerbstellung umstellbar sind, wobei ein Messer (2) in der Schneidestellung bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes das zwischen dem Messer (2) und der Matrize (1) angeordnete Verpackungsmaterial (9) vollständig durchschneidet, während ein Messer (2) in der Kerbstellung das zwischen dem Messer (2) und der Matrize (1) angeordnete Verpackungsmaterial (9) nur anschneidet.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (24; 124) zur Zu- und Abführung von Gas in das bzw. aus dem Gaskissen vorhanden sind, die es ermöglichen, die Abhängigkeit der Lage des Messers (2) gegenüber der Werkzeugplatte (4; 104) von der Kraft, die auf das Messer (2) wirkt, einzustellen.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der Messer (2) im Messerteil so kraftabhängig zurückweichend angeordnet ist, dass es bei einer Belastung, die kleiner ist als eine Grenzkraft, seine Lage beibehält, und bei einer Belastung, die grösser ist als diese Grenzkraft, zurückweicht.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jedes Messer (2) im Messerteil ein, vorzugsweise einstellbarer, Anschlag (25; 332) vorhanden ist, an dem sich das Messer (2) in der Kerbstellung bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes direkt oder indirekt abstützt.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jedes Messer (2) im Messerteil ein, vorzugsweise einstellbarer, Anschlag (332) vorhanden ist, an dem sich das Messer (2) bei der Ausführung eines Teils eines Schnittes, bei dem eine vergleichsweise grössere Schnittkraft erforderlich ist, direkt oder indirekt abstützt, während es beim nachfolgenden Rest des Schnittes, bei dem eine vergleichsweise kleinere Schnittkraft erforderlich ist, davon beabstandet ist.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerteil ortsfest ist und die Matrize (1) auf den Messerteil zu bewegbar ist, wobei der Messerteil federnd gelagerte Abstreifer (5) aufweist, die bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes durch die Matrize (1) und das zu schneidende Verpackungsmaterial (9) gespannt werden und beim Entfernen der Matrize (1) vom Messerteil das Verpackungsmaterial (9) von den Messern (2) abstreifen.
- Kerbschnittvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Messerteil neben den Messern (2) noch zusätzlich Stempel (3) angeordnet sind, die bei der Ausführung eines Schnittes jeweils ein Loch in das Verpackungsmaterial (9) stanzen.
