Claims (9)
- Schneidwerkzeug mit einem Linear-Schwingantrieb, wobei das Schneidwerkzeug einen Griffkörper (1) und ein darin geführtes, in Längsrichtung oszillierend verschiebbares Messer (3,4) aufweist, wobei das Messer (3,4) mittels eines Messerhalters (4) mit einer im Griffkörper (1) angeordneten Übertragungselement des Linear-Schwingantriebs über ein Klemmorgan lösbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerhalter (4) mit einem Messerschaft (31) des Messers (3,4) stoffschlüssig verbunden ist.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerhalter (4) aus einem im wesentlichen quaderförmigen Grundkörper (40) und einen daran angeformten Klemmzapfen (41) besteht.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Grundkörper (40) des Messerhalters (4) eine Messeraufnahme (42) zur Einführung einer Klinge (3) des Messers aufweist, wobei die Messer aufnahme (42) bei eingeführter Klinge vergossen ist.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messeraufnahme (42) mit Polyurethan (PU) vergossen ist.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (40) aus mit Kohlefasern verstärktes Polyamid 6 besteht.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Griffkörper (1) eine lagestabile Messerführung (2) angeordnet ist, welche eine im wesentlichen rechteckförmige Aufnahmeöffnung (22) zur Aufnahme des Messerhalters (4) aufweist.
- Schneidwerkzeug nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (40) und die Aufnahmeöffnung (22) abgerundete Ecken aufweisen, wobei die Ecken des Grundkörpers (40) grössere Krümmungsradien aufweisen als die Ecken der Aufnahmeöffnung (22).
- Schneidwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Messerführung (2) einen Schlitz (23) aufweist, durch welche ein hinterer Teil der Messerklinge (3) ragt.
- Messer (3,4) für ein Schneidwerkzeug gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 mit einer Messerklinge (3) mit einem Messerschaft (31) zur lösbaren Verbindung mit einem Griffkörper (1) des Schneidwerkzeuges, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Messerschaft (31) mit einem Messerhalter (4) stoffschlüssig verbunden ist.
