Claims (7)
- Procédé pour brûler une matière difficilement combustible, dans lequel la matière est enfermée dans un moule fait de plâtre, de sable ou de céramique et est introduite dans une chambre de combustion d'un four de combustion totale (1), présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :a) la matière est brûlée avec une amenée d'air,b) l'air amené à la chambre de combustion du four de combustion totale (1) est ionisé et la quantité de l'air ionisé amené à la chambre de combustion est commandée au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage de l'amenée d'air (6), etc) l'air ionisé est insufflé dans le four à combustion totale (1) à travers un échangeur de chaleur (3).

caractérisé en ce que
l'air est ionisé au moyen d'un dispositif d'ionisation d'air (5) avant d'être introduit dans la chambre de combustion. - Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'air ionisé est introduit de l'extérieur dans la chambre de combustion constituée de préférence par une chambre de combustion électrique. - Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce que
l'oxygène de l'air est transformé en ozone par le dispositif d'ionisation d'air (5). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la combustion réalisée dans la chambre de combustion est commandée par la quantité d'air ionisé amenée. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
la combustion réalisée dans la chambre de combustion est effectuée jusqu'à la combustion totale de la matière à brûler. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
la combustion s'effectue à une température basse, d'environ 650 °C au maximum, de préférence de 600 °C.
