Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à la préparation, la transformation et le post-traitement de déchets de tous types avec plusieurs étapes de traitement thermique. Les étapes de traitement comprennent une étape basse température avec exclusion d'oxygène, ainsi qu'une étape haute température avec apport en oxygène à des températures supérieures à 1000 °C. L'étape haute température présente une zone de stabilisation et une sortie destinée au mélange gazeux produit durant l'étape haute température, en particulier dans la zone de stabilisation. La zone de stabilisation est dotée de dispositifs servant à l'injection d'oxygène et de carburant, lesdits dispositifs permettant d'injecter du carburant et de l'oxygène en excès du point de vue stoechiométrique durant le démarrage du processus de chauffage de la zone haute température. Les gaz d'échappement sont alors directement acheminés vers une cheminée via au moins une soupape.
