Description
Die zur normgerechten Absicherung eines geschlossenen Trinkwassererwärmers vorgeschriebenen Armaturen in symbolischer Darstellung.
Die Reduzierung der Gesamteinbaulänge durch die U-förmige Anordnung der Einzelarmaturen in symbolischer Darstellung.
Eine bevorzugte Ausführung einer erfindungsgemäßen Sicherheitsgruppe, die wahlweise mit Gewindestopfen oder Anschlußarmatur ausgestattet werden kann.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsgruppe mit einem direkt angeschlossenen Membranausdehnungsgefäß
Eine erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsgruppe mit einem indirekt, über ein S-förmiges Anschlussrohr angeschlossenen Membranausdehnungsgefäß.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsgruppe, die über eine aus handelsüblichen Rohren und Fittings gefertigten Verbindungsleitung mit dem an einer Wand montierten Membranausdehnungsgefäß verbunden ist.
Claims (7)
- Sicherheitsgruppe zur Absicherung eines geschlossenen Trinkwassererwärmers, bestehend aus hintereinander angeordneten eingangsseitigem Absperrventil, Prüfanschluß für einen Rückflussverhinderer, Rückflussverhinderer, ausgangsseitigem Absperrventil, Membransicherheitsventil und mit einer Anschlussmöglichkeit für eine Anschlussarmatur eines Membranausdehnungsgefäßes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherheitsgruppe in einem senkrecht zur Eingangsachse (-16-) einer Wasserzuleitung angebrachten U-förmigen Gehäuse (15) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen dem eingangseitigen Absperrventil (1) und dem ausgangsseitigen Absperrventil (2) die von einem Gewindestopfen (12) verschließbare Anschlussmöglichkeit (38) für die An-schlussarmatur (39) des Membranausdehnungsgefäßes (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewindestopfen (12) gegen die als eine Baugruppe konzipierte Anschlussarmatur (39) austauschbar ist.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussarmatur (39) ein Ablaufrohr (41) mit einem darauf angeordneten, gegen eine vorgespannte Feder (43) axial verschiebaren Ventilteller (42) umfasst, welcher mit einer im U-förmigen Gehäuse (15) vorgesehenen Ventilöffnung (44) in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei Ventilöffnung (44) und Ventilteller (42) einen Strömungsteiler bilden.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ablaufrohr (41) der Anschlussarmatur (39) ein bis zur Membran (32) des Membranausdehnungsgefäßes (13) reichender, flexibler Schlauch (27) angeschlossen ist, an dessen Schlauchende (49) Mittel (47, 48) für einen ständigen Kontakt mit der Oberfläche der Membran (32) angeordnet sind.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Einstellung des Wandabstandes des Membranausdehnungsgefäßese (13) an der Anschlußarmatur (39) ein um eine Achse A - B schwenkbares S-förmiges Anschlussrohr (37) angeordnet ist, in dem der flexible Schlauch (27) geführt ist.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Membranausdehnungsgefäß (13) über handelsübliche Rohre (46) und Fittings (45), in denen der flexible Schlauch (27) geführt ist, an vorher bestimmter Position mit der Anschluss-armatur (39) verbunden ist.
- Sicherheitsgruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Rückflussverhinderer (3) und dem ausgangsseitigen Absperrventil (4) ein Prüfventil (36) zur Entlastung und Prüfung des Membranausdehnungsgefäßes (13) angeordnet ist.
