Description

Cravate du type à réalisation du nœud simplifié .
La présente invention concerne une cravate et un procédé pour avoir une cravate toujours prête dont le problème du nœud est supprimé.
Les cravates depuis toujours forment une bande de tissu passée autour d'un col de chemise, puis nouée par une technique de pliage de la bande de tissu appelé nœud de cravate, le processus de pliage, puis d'ajustement sers le cou et peut provoquer l'étranglement, ce qui peut être dangereux. Le pliage présente un autre inconvénient, celui du temps nécessaire.
Cependant il est connu du brevet FR 2620309 un dispositif de cravate à nœud rapporté permettant de simplifier la réalisation d'un nœud de cravate, mais ce dispositif nécessite plusieurs pièces : une bande de tissu, un nœud de forme tronconique et d'un élément de fixation à disposer à l'intérieur du nœud pour bloquer la bande de tissu à l'intérieur du noeud.
L'objet de l'invention est d'apporter une simplification d'un tel ensemble par sa réalisation en seulement deux parties (Figure 1) et selon une autre caractéristique procurera à l'ensemble des possibilités de réversibilité, multipliant ainsi les possibilités d'utilisation (Figures 7, 8, 9) ceci est obtenu grâce à une cravate du type à réalisation du noeud simplifié comportant : - Une partie nœud préfabriqué sous forme tronconique avec orifice haut (section supérieure) et bas (section inférieure) (Figure 1 et 2) pourvu d'un élément d'attache autour du cou réglable (Figure 6) et d'autre part une bande de matériaux souple destinée à être insérée et bloquée à l'intérieur du nœud de sorte a constituer une cravate, et en régler la longueur selon la hauteur du buste de chaque individu (Figures 4, 5, 6 ).
La cravate prête s'obtient par le coulissement de la bande de tissu dans le noeud en forme tronconique :
On insère le brin avant (3) à l'intérieur du cône (1) on retourne le brin (3) au dessus de la partie supérieure arrière du cône (4), on insère le brin (3) dans la fente (2) prévue en face arrière, pour revenir à l'intérieur du cône devant la partie arrière (5) située sous la fente (2), on ajuste alors la longueur de la cravate (Figure 4). - ? .
Selon d'autres particularités :
1°) Le noeud est réalisé en matériau(x) souple(s) par exemple tissu ou cuir, et comporte des motifs intérieur et extérieur distincts de sorte à permette la réversibilité du noeud.
2°) L'élément de fixation (6) peut être positionné soit autour du cou avec un système de réglage (7) pour le tour d'encolure (Figure 6) soit au col par deux bandes courtes (6") munies de boutons ou crochets (7') non limitatif à positionner par fixation sur le pied de col Avant, sous le col de chemise (Figure 5). L'élément de fixation (Figures 5, 6, 7 et 8) est fixé sur le bord supérieur du noeud, en deux points opposés (8) (Figure 10) de sorte à être utilisable quelque soit la face apparente par exemple par couture, collage, soudure.
3°) Le noeud ( 1 ) est obtenu par découpe dans une bande sensiblement en forme de secteur de couronne dont les bords latéraux sont entaillés transversalement de sorte à continuer après assemblage de ces deux côtés par exemple par couture, collage, ou soudure, l'ouverture Arrière horizontale (Figures 10 et 2)
4°) L'élément de fixation est fixé sur le port supérieur dans la zone de jonction des parties : Convexe centrale et concaves latérales (Figure 10).
A titre d'illustration des dessins sont joints :
- La Figure (1) représente les deux parties de la cravate : Noeud ( 1) avec orifices Haut et Bas et bande de tissu.
- La Figure (2) représente le noeud ( 1 ) de dos avec ses deux côtés latéraux ( 1.3) cousus ou collés ou soudés et découpés transversalement pour former la fente horizontale arrière (2).
- La Figure (3) représente le noeud ( 1) en coupe faisant apparaître les zones supérieure (4) et inférieure (5) à la fente (2). - J>
- La Figure (4) représente ie montage de la cravate (3) et du noeud ( 1) en profil avec passage du brin de cravate (3) verticalement a
F intérieur du noeud (1 ) puis vers l'arrière de la partie (4), ensuite, dans la fente (2) et enfin vers l'intérieur et le bas en avant de la partie (5), cette figure fait apparaître le fait que ie bord supérieur Arrière du cône formant le noeud est situé à un niveau inférieur à celui du bord Avant pour bien dissimuler le passage du brin Arrière de la bande, au dessus de ce bord par rapport au bord supérieur Avant et que la fente (2) se situe a un niveau central ou légèrement inférieur de la hauteur Arrière
- La Figure (5) représente ia cravate faite avec système d'attache (6' et 7') sous le col de chemise.
- La Figure (6) représente ia cravate faite avec système d'attache (6 et 7) autour du cou et réglable.
- Les Figures (7 et 8) représentent ie noeud (1) réversible avec ses deux faces distinctes, constituées de deux bandes de matière souple superposées (9) et (10).
- La Figure (9) représente la bande de tissu (3) réversible avec ses deux faces distinctes superposées (11) et (12).
- La Figure ( 10) représente le noeud ( 1 ) après découpe dans une bande formée d'un secteur de couronne de forme sensiblement tronconique avec ses deux bords (1.3) latéraux entaillés horizontalement pour définir la fente arrière (2).
En référence a ces dessins, l'invention a pour objet : Une cravate du type à réalisation du noeud simplifié comportant une partie noeud (i) préfabriquée sous forme tronconique avec orifice Haut (section supérieure) et Bas (section inférieure) (Figure 1), pourvue d'un élément d'attache (6) au col ou autour du cou (Figure 5) et d'autre part une bande (3) (Figure 1), destinée a être insérée et bloquée à l'intérieur du noeud (1 ) de sorte à constituer une cravate caractérisée en ce que la partie noeud ( 1 ) soit pourvue directement sur sa face Arrière d'une fente unique horizontale (Figures 2, 3, et 4) permettant le blocage du brin Arrière de la bande souple (3) après passage du brin Arrière de cette bande au dessus du bord supérieur Arrière de la partie noeud et introduction par la dite fente à l'intérieur de la partie noeud en arrière du bπn Avant de ia bande, et en ce que le bord supérieur Arrière de la partie noeud soit située à un niveau inieπeur à celui du bord Avant afin de dissimuier ie passage supéπeur Arrière de la bande au dessus du dit bord. . Selon une autre caractéristique la partie noeud est réalisée en matériaux) souple(s) et comporte des motifs extérieur et intérieur distincts de sorte à permettre la réversibilité du noeud et constituer deux noeuds de cravate d'aspect distinct (10 et 12) combiné à une bande (3), elle même pourvue de motifs distincts sur ses faces Avant et Arrière (Figures 7, 8 et 9)selon d'autres particularités :
- Le noeud (1) et/ou la bande (3) comprenant deux bandes superposées (9), (10) d'aspects différents, ces éléments peuvent être réalisés en tissu ou en cuir souple.
- L'élément de fixation autour du cou (6) est fixé sur le bord supérieur en deux points opposés (8) du noeud ( 1 ) de sorte à être utilisable quelque soit la face apparente. Les Figures (7 et 8) illustrent le noeud ( 1 ) dans ses deux configurations.
- En référence à la Figure (10), le noeud (1) est obtenu par découpe dans une bande, sensiblement en forme de secteur de couronne dont les bords latéraux (1.3) sont entaillés transversalement de sorte à continuer après assemblage des deux côtés (1.3), par exemple couture, collage ou soudure, l'ouverture Arrière horizontale.
- Le bord supérieur du secteur de couronne présente de préférence une zone centrale convexe (1.1. s) vue de dessus et des demi - prolongements latéraux légèrement concaves (1.2. s) ou droit, de sorte à ce que le brin Arrière de la bande passant au dessus du bord avant (l.l.i) du noeud (1) et soit ainsi dissimulé lorsque la cravate est mise en place sous le col.
- La partie inférieure présente elle préférentiellement une zone centrale vue de dessous convexe (l.l.i) et des demi - prolongements latéraux (1.2.i) également convexes. Cette forme développée permet de ménager un espace suffisant pour réaliser la découpe transversale Arrière.
Dans ce cas l'élément de fixation (6) autour du cou est fixé sur le bord supérieur dans la zone de jonction (8) des parties convexes centrale (1.1. s) et concaves latérales (1.2.s).

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1°) Cravate du type à réalisation du noeud simplifiée comprenant une partie noeud préfabriquée sous forme tronconique avec orifice Haut et orifice Bas, pourvue d'un élément d'attache au coi ou autour du cou, et d'autre part d'une bande souple destinée à être insérée et bloquée à l'intérieur du noeud de sorte à constituer une cravate, caractérisée en ce que la partie noeud (1) est pourvue d'une fente unique horizontale Arrière (2) permettant le blocage du brin Arrière de la bande souple (3) après passage du brin Arrière de cette bande (3) au dessus du bord supérieur Arrière de la partie noeud (1) et introduction par la dite fente à l'intérieur de la partie noeud en arrière du brin Avant de la bande, et en ce que le bord supérieur Arrière de la partie noeud soit situé à un niveau inférieur à celui du bord Avant afin de dissimuier le passage supérieur Arrière de la bande (3) au dessus du dit bord.
2°) Cravate selon ia revendication (1) caractérisée en ce que la partie noeud est réalisée en matériau(x) souple(s) et comporte des motifs extérieur et intérieur de sorte à permettre la réversibilité du noeud et à constituer deux noeuds de cravate d'aspect distinct, combiné à une bande (3) elle même pourvue de motifs distincts sur ses faces Avant et Arrière.
3°) Cravate selon revendications (1 et 2) caractérisée en ce que le noeud (1) et /ou la bande (3) comportent deux bandes d'aspect différents superposées (9) et (10).
4°) Cravate selon revendication ( 1, 2 ou 3) caractérisée en ce que ie noeud (1) est réalisé en tissu.
5°) Cravate seion revendications (1,2 ou 3) caractérisée en ce que le noeud (1) est réalisé en cuir souple.
6°) Cravate seion revendications ( 1 et 2) caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation autour du cou (6) est fixé sur le bord supérieur en deux points opposés (8) du noeud (1) de sorte à être invisible quelque soit la face apparente.
1°) Cravate seion 'F une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que le noeud (1) est obtenu par découpe dans une bande, sensiblement en forme de secteur de couronne dont les bords latéraux (1.3) sont entaillés transversalement de sorte à constituer après assemblage des deux côtés, par exemple par couture, collage, soudure, l'ouverture Arrière horizontale. 8°) Cravate seion revendication (7) caractérisée en ce que ie bord supérieur du secteur de couronne présente une zone centrale convexe ( 1.1.s) vue de dessus et des demi - prolongements iatéraux largement concaves (1.2. s) ou droits de sorte à être situés à un niveau inférieur.
9°) Cravate selon revendication (7 ou 8) caractérisée en ce que ia partie inférieure du secteur de couronne présente une zone centrale vue de dessous convexes (1.2.i).
10°) Cravate seion revendication (6 et 8) caractérisée en ce que l'élément de fixation (6) autour du cou est fixé sur le bord supérieur dans la zone de jonction (8) des parties convexes centrale et concaves latérales.
