Therefore, the bias of the tape main portion 5 is increased.
  • the element-mounting edge portion 4 was contracted further by 0.94 cm by the dying, while a further contraction of the tape main portion 5 was 0.36 cm. However, no bias occurred in the element-mounting edge portion 4, but the bias of the tape main portion 5 was increased.
  • the fastener elements E are injection-molded and integrated with the element-mounting edge portion 4 of the fastener tape 1.
  • a predetermined tension is applied to the element-mounting edge portion 4 so as to be stretched slightly.
  • the tape main portion 5 is not affected by the molding so that bias is left.

Claims (5)

  1. Ruban de fermeture à glissière (1) ayant une partie principale de ruban (5) obtenue par tissage et une partie de bord pour montage d'éléments (4), dans laquelle un fil d'âme (7a, 7b) est tissé,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une chaîne de base (6e, 6f ... 6m, 6n) utilisée pour ladite partie principale de ruban (5) a un coefficient de contraction thermique inférieur à celui des autres chaînes (6a à 6d),
    ledit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) a un coefficient de contraction thermique supérieur à celui de toutes les chaînes (6a à 6d), et
    une chaîne (6c, 6d) voisine dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) sur un côté intérieur de celui-ci a un coefficient de contraction thermique supérieur à celui de la chaîne de base (6e, 6f ... 6m, 6n) utilisée pour ladite partie principale de ruban (5) et inférieur à celui dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b).
  2. Ruban de fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne (6c, 6d) voisine dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) sur le côté intérieur de celui-ci se compose de deux fils parallèles.
  3. Ruban de fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne de base (6e, 6f ... 6m, 6n) de ladite partie principale de ruban (5) est plus grosse que le fil composant la chaîne (6c, 6d) voisine dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) sur le côté intérieur de celui-ci.
  4. Ruban de fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une trame (2) se compose de deux fils parallèles, et son épaisseur totale est inférieure à l'épaisseur totale des deux fils parallèles de la chaîne (6c, 6d) voisine dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) sur le côté intérieur de celui-ci.
  5. Ruban de fermeture à glissière selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne de base (6e, 6f ... 6m, 6n) utilisée pour ladite partie principale de ruban (5), la chaîne (6c, 6d) voisine dudit fil d'âme (7a, 7b) sur le côté intérieur de celui-ci et une trame (2) sont toutes constituées d'un fil texturé.
