Claims (9)
- Bauelement für die Außenhaut von Gebäuden, insbesondere Fassaden, umfassenda) eine aus einem Metallblech (16) bestehende Trägertafel (10),b) eine auf die Trägertafel (10) aufgebrachte Lackbeschichtung (12), wobeic) die Trägertafel (10) eine durch eine Mehrzahl von parallel zueinander verlaufenden, gekrümmten und/oder abgekanteten Profilsegmenten (14) gebildete regelmäßige Profilstruktur aufweist undd) die Lackbeschichtung (12) aus einem auf das ungefärbte Metallblech (16) aufgetragenen, mit Effektpigmenten (20) in nichtdeckender Konzentration versehenen transparenten Beschichtungsmittel (18) besteht.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lackbeschichtung (12) als Einschichtsystem auf das nichtgrundierte Metallblech (16) aufgebracht ist.
- Bauelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Effektpigmente (20) durch Perlglanz-, Metalleffekt- oder Farbwechsel-Pigmente gebildet sind.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Effektpigmente (20) in einer Konzentration von 0,05 bis 5 Gew.%, vorzugsweise 1,5 Gew.% in dem Beschichtungsmittel (18) enthalten sind.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das transparente Beschichtungsmittel (18) aus einem Klarlack auf Polyester- oder Polyurethanbasis oder einem Wasserlack besteht.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Beschichtungsmittel (18) aus Polyvinylidenfluoriden besteht.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorzugsweise durch Walzumformen von Flachmaterial gebildeten Profilsegmente (14) eine Wellenkontur oder Trapezkontur aufweisen.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägertafel (10) aus Aluminium-, Stahl-, Edelstahloder Zinkblech besteht.
- Bauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägertafel (10) zumindest beschichtungsseitig eine mattierte Oberfläche (22) aufweist.
