Claims (7)
- Kuvertierstation mit einem Kuvertiertisch (5), der an eine Einschubstation (2) einer Postbearbeitungsmaschine angebaut ist, in welcher Beilagen oder Beilagensätze mittels eines Förderers (1) in die Einschubstation (2) gefördert und mittels einer Einschubvorrichtung (3) in Kuverts (14) geschoben werden, welche mittels einer Kuvertfördervorrichtung (4) auf dem Kuvertiertisch (5) in eine Lage gegenüber der Einschubvorrichtung (3) gefördert und dort geöffnet für die Aufnahme der Beilagen oder Beilagensätze bereitgehalten und nach Füllung weiter gefördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kuvertfördervorrichtung (4) ein umlaufendes Kuvertförderband (6) enthält, dessen Obertrum über den Kuvertiertisch (5) geführt ist und quer zur Einschubrichtung orientiert ist, daß auf die Oberseite des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) eine mit federnden oder gefederten Rollen (12) besetzte Rollenleiste (9) gesteuert absenkbar bzw. von ihr anhebbar ist, daß angeförderte Kuverts (14) bei abgesenkter Rollenleiste (9) in einer Lage gegenüber der Einschubvorrichtung (3) stillgesetzt werden, bei angehobener Rollenleiste (9) gefüllt werden und bei wieder abgesenkter Rollenleiste (9) weiter gefördert werden, und daß das Ende des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) und die diesem gegenüberliegenden, federnden oder gefederten Rollen (12) der Rollenleiste (9) in einem mit Bezug auf die Förderrichtung des Förderers (1) auf einer Seite neben der Einschubstation (2) gelegenen Abgabebereich (K) angeordnet sind, derart, daß gefüllte Kuverts bei abgesenkter Rollenleiste (9) von dieser in Zusammenwirkung mit dem Kuvertförderband (6) aus der Position gegenüber der Einschubvorrichtung in ihrer Gesamtheit in den Abgabebereich förderbar sind.
- Kuvertierstation nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Abgabebereich eine Kuvertklappenschließvorrichtung (25) hineinreicht.
- Kuvertierstation nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Bezug auf die Förderrichtung des Förderers (1) auf der anderen Seite neben der Einschubstation (2) am Beginn des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) mittels einer Hilfsfördervorrichtung (15) Kuverts (14) aus einer Horizontalrichtung senkrecht zur Laufrichtung des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) vereinzelt gegen insbesondere einstellbare Anschläge (24) derart anförderbar sind, daß Teilbereiche des jeweiligen, gegen die Anschläge (23) angelaufenen Kuverts in den Spalt zwischen der angehobenen Rollenleiste (9) und dem Beginn des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) reichen, derart, daß das betreffende Kuvert beim Absenken der Rollenleiste (9) gegen das Obertrum des umlaufenden Kuvertförderbandes (6) in dessen Förderrichtung vor die Einschubvorrichtung (3) gezogen wird.
- Kuvertierstation nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zufördern der vereinzelten Kuverts (14) aus einer Horizontalrichtung senkrecht zur Laufrichtung des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) von einer Kuvertvereinzelungsstation aus mittels eines insbesondere kontinuierlich in Betrieb gehaltenen Hilfsförderbandes (16) und damit zusammenwirkender Gegenhalterollkörper (18) oder Gegenhaltebändern erfolgt.
- Kuvertierstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenleiste (9) an den Vorderenden zweier gegenüber den Seitenwänden eines Gehäuses der Einschubstation (2) schwenkbar abgestützten Lenkern (11) befestigt ist, welche jeweils in entsprechenden Bereichen zwischen ihrem Schwenklager (33) und ihrer Befestigungsstelle an der Rollenleiste (9) Kurvenscheibentastrollen (32) tragen, welche jeweils an Kurvenscheiben (31) anliegen, die auf einer Welle mit angetriebenen Rollen oder angetriebenen Kettenrädern des Förderers (1) sitzen, derart, das Auf- und Abbewegungen der Rollenleisten (9) synchron mit der Zuförderung der Beilagen oder Beilagensätze mittels des Förderers (1) durch einen gemeinsamen Antrieb erfolgt.
- Kuvertierstation nach Anspruch 2 und Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Kurvenscheiben (31) und die Kettenräder oder Rollen des Förderers (1) tragende Welle auch eine auf ihr befestigte Nockenscheibe (42) antreibt, welche mit einer Nockentastrolle (44) zusammenwirkt, die über einen Nockentasthebel (43) eine Welle (45) verschwenkt, an welcher ein Paar von Kuvertklappenschließhebeln (46, 47) befestigt ist, an deren äußeren Enden federbelastete Schwenkhebel (48, 49) gelagert sind, zwischen deren Außenenden eine Kuvertklappenschließrolle (50) freilaufend gelagert ist, die auf Bändern aufliegt, die über in der Kuvertklappenschließvorrichtung (25) gelagerte Rollen (52) geführt sind, deren Scheitel nahe der Kuverttischoberfläche liegt und die zusammen mit den über sie gelegten Bändern und der unter der Kuvertklappe eines angelieferten, gefüllten Kuverts frei umlaufenden Kuvertklappenschließrolle (50) einen kuvertfördernden Klemmspalt bilden, sobald die Kuvertklappenschließhebel (46, 47) nockenscheibenbetätigt verschwenkt werden, wobei die Kuvertklappenschließrolle (50) zunächst die Kuvertklappe auf das Kuvert niederfaltet und dann die Faltkante im kuvertfördenden Klemmspalt erfaßt, derart, daß das gefüllte Kuvert bei angehobener Rollenleiste (9) unter dieser und über das Ende des Obertrums des Kuvertförderbandes (6) hinweg in Richtung parallel zur Förderrichtung des Förderers (1) im Bereich neben der Einschubstation (2) abgezogen wird.
- Kuvertierstation nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rollenleiste (9) an einem parallel zu dem Kuvertförderband (6) orientierten Rollenleistenträger (10) vorzugsweise fliegend gelagerte Rollen aus federndem Kunststoff aufweist, deren Rollenmantel (65) jeweils über elastisch nachgiebige Speichenlamellen (66) mit einer Rollennabe (67) verbunden ist.
