Abstract

Einem Flüssigkeitszerstäuber, vorzugsweise einer Zerstäuberglocke (4), wird über eine Kühlgasleitung (14) Kühlgas zugeführt zur Kühlung seiner Stirnfläche (24), über welche Beschichtungsmaterial strömt und dabei mit der Außenluft Kontakt hat. Durch die Kühlung wird eine Schichtbildung auf dieser Stirnseite vermieden oder ihre Bildungsgeschwindigkeit reduziert.
