Claims (7)
- Armierung (1) für eine Betonwand, die umfasst:- zwei parallele Wände (2, 3), die jeweils aus Stahlstäben (Beschlägen) gebildet sind, die in zwei Richtungen senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei diese Wände (2, 3) durch Abstandsstücke (4, 5) in dem erforderlichen Abstand voneinander gehalten werden, wobei diese Struktur außerdem auf mindestens einer ihrer Verschalungs-Oberflächen eine für Wasser durchlässige Struktur aufweist, welche die Aggregate (Zuschlagstoffe) zurückhält und das überschüssige Wasser aus dem Flüssigbeton entweichen lässt, wobei diese Armierung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:- eine Wand (2) der beiden parallelen Wände (2, 3) aus zwei voneinander unabhängigen Gittern aufgebaut ist,- ein Gitter (2A) der beiden voneinander unabhängigen Gitter (2A, 2B) mittels einer ersten Anordnung von Abstandsstücken (4) mit der anderen Wand (3) verbunden ist, und- das andere Gitter (2B) dieser Wand ebenfalls mit der anderen Wand (3) verbunden ist durch eine zweite Anordnung von Abstandsstücken (5), die unabhängig sind von den Abstandsstücken (4) der ersten Anordnung, sodass bei der Verschiebung der Gitter in einer Richtung entgegengesetzt zueinander und entlang einer Achse parallel zur Ebene der Gitter der Abstand der Wände voneinander modifiziert wird.
- Armierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- die Abstandsstücke (4) der ersten Anordnung von Abstandsstücken sich in ersten Ebenen erstrecken, die parallel zueinander und schräg (geneigt) sind gegenüber einer Ebene senkrecht zu den beiden parallelen Wänden,- die Abstandsstücke (5) der zweiten Anordnung von Abstandsstücken sich ebenfalls in zweiten parallelen Ebenen erstrecken, die schräg (geneigt) sind gegenüber einer Ebene senkrecht zu den beiden parallelen Wänden,- die ersten und zweiten Ebenen ihrerseits sich überschneiden und einander abwechseln (alternieren).
- Armierung nach Anspruch 1 nach 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstandsstücke (4, 5) erhalten worden sind durch zickzack-förmiges Biegen eines Drahtes, der hinter bestimmten Gitterstäben verankert ist.
- Armierung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsstellen der zickzack-förmig gebogenen Drähte der ersten Anordnung von Abstandsstücken für eine Wand aus Gitterstäben oder Beschlägen mit geraden Nummern hergestellt sind, während die Verankerungsstellen der zickzack-förmig gebogenen Drähte der zweiten Anordnung von Abstandsstücken für die gleiche Wand aus Gitterstäben mit ungeraden Nummern hergestellt sind.
- Armierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Gitter (2A, 2B) durch Verbindungseinrichtungen (10) in einem vorgegebenen Abstand voneinander gehalten werden, wobei die Verbindungseinrichtungen eine Führungseinrichtung zur Verschiebung der beiden Gitter in einer Ebene parallel zu beiden Gittern umfassen.
- Armierung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtungen (10) aus einem Rückhalteelement oder einer elastischen Nadel bestehen, die um den Stahlstab herum zwei Klammern (11, 12) oder Bügel bilden, die durch einen elastischen Steg (13) miteinander verbunden sind, der durch Wechselwirkung mit einem Querstab die Stangen und Stäbe und/oder Abstandsstücke festhält.
- Einweg-Verschalung, die auf mindestens einer ihrer Verschalungsoberflächen eine wasserdurchlässige Struktur aufweist, welche die Aggregate (Zuschlagstoffe) zurückhält und das überschüssige Wasser aus dem flüssigen Beton entweichen lässt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Armierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 umfasst.
