Definitions
- the invention relates to a brake for an open-end spinning rotor according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Open-end rotor spinning devices with on the rotor shaft of the Braking devices acting in spinning means are in various embodiments are known and have been around for a long time the state of the art.
- DE 36 30 256 A1 has a brake for one Open-end spinning rotor described, the one from below against the Adjustable rotor shaft, having a brake pad Brake lever and two acting on the rotor shaft from above Downholder with brake pad-like jaws.
- the hold-down jaws have a different coefficient of friction than the brake pad arranged on the brake lever.
- Such glassy brake pads significantly impair the function of the brake, since they lead to significantly longer braking times and thus to a measurable loss of efficiency of the entire open-end spinning machine.
- the Invention Based on the aforementioned prior art, the Invention based on the object, the rotor brakes of open-end spinning machines, especially to improve their brake pads.
- a brake lining made of sintered bronze has the advantage that such a material, like carbon fiber composite material, is largely resistant to temperature changes and also has a very high abrasion resistance. Since brake pads made of sintered bronze are also much cheaper to manufacture than brake pads made of carbon-containing material, such brake pads have the advantages of the known brake pads without their serious disadvantage. This means that surface changes do not occur with brake pads made of sintered bronze even after a longer period of time, so that it is ensured that the rotor brakes of the open-end spinning machine, at a reasonable price, have a uniformly high braking effect over their entire service life.
- the brake pads are as in claim 2 described, about a bolt and a Brake levers lockable, so that if necessary worn brake pad by simply loosening the Bolt removed easily and with a new one Brake pad can be replaced.
- the brake pad in a preferred embodiment has a downwardly open fastening slot, in which in the assembled state a centering approach of the fastening nut described in claim 2 summarizes.
- the installation of the new brake pad is just as easy. In this case, the brake pad with its fastening slot is lowered from above over the screw bolt or the centering shoulder of the fastening nut, and then the screw bolt is tightened again.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows an open-end rotor spinning device 1, whose not shown known spinning agent, a so-called spinning rotor, with its rotor shaft 2 in the bearing gusset 3 one Support disc bearing 4 is rotatably mounted.
- Support disc bearings usually have two Support disc pairs, each with front and rear Support disks 7, which are connected in a rotationally fixed manner via an axis 5, which in turn is rotatably supported in roller bearings 6.
- rotor brake 8 designed like pliers.
- the caliper arms of the rotor brake 8 are in the form of a brake lever 9 or 10 formed in the pivot axes 11th or 12 are rotatably supported and limited by a intermediate spring element 25 in the sense of "opening the brake" be charged.
- the Brake levers 9, 10 each have a bearing 13 at the end.
- a screw 14th and a fastening nut 26 each made of sintered bronze manufactured brake pad 16 interchangeably set.
- the Brake levers 9 and 10 each have a sliding surface 18.
- the sliding surfaces 18 run to one another in the installed state converging.
- the pressure element 19 is preferably between the Side walls of a U-shaped actuating lever 20 set, which in turn, as is known, to a Pivot axis 21 is rotatably supported to a limited extent.
- the brake pad 16 essentially has a rectangular shape in the front view, the corners being rounded in each case.
- an attachment slot 15 which is open at the bottom.
- the mounting nut 26 with its centering shoulder 17 fits. This means that the brake pad 16 can be non-positively fixed on the brake levers 9 or 10 via the screw bolt 14 and the associated fastening nut 26 and can therefore be easily removed from the respective bearing point 13 if necessary and replaced by a new brake pad 16.

Description
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- einen erfindungsgemäßen Bremsbelag mit Befestigungsmutter, in Vorderansicht,
- Fig. 4
Claims (3)
