Claims (8)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Befestigung von Latten an einem Lattenrost, mit einem Körper, welcher einen Abschnitt (1) zur Befestigung an einem Längselement (2) eines Lattenrostrahmens sowie zwei Lagerabschnitte (3) für die Aufnahme von Enden von Latten, welche sich quer über der Ebene des Lattenrostrahmens erstrecken, aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsabschnitt (1) aus mindestens zwei zweiarmigen Hebeln (4, 5) besteht, welche übereinander angeordnet und jeweils um eine zu dem genannten Lattenrostrahmen quer verlaufende Schwenkachse (7, 8) schwenkbar montiert sind, wobei die genannten Hebel (4, 5) und ihre Schwenkachsen (7, 8) in dem befestigten Zustand der Vorrichtung in einer vertikalen Ebene fluchten, wobei die Hebel (4, 5) in der Nähe ihrer zugewandten Enden durch Stützen (9) gleicher Länge miteinander verbunden sind, welche derart an den genannten Hebeln (4, 5) angelenkt sind, dass ein verformbares Parallelogramm gebildet ist, wobei die genannten Stützen (9) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu jedem Lagerabschnitt (3) angeordnet sind und jeweils ein Element einer einen Lagerabschnitt (3) tragenden Struktur (10) bilden, derart, dass zumindest auf einem Teil des Hubs der Hebel (4, 5), welche beim Übergang von einer unbelasteten Stellung in eine belastete Stellung der Vorrichtung schwenken, sichergestellt ist, dass jeder Lagerabschnitt (3) in einer Ebene gehalten ist, welche im wesentlichen parallel zu dessen Ebene ohne Belastung verläuft, welche im allgemeinen einer horizontalen Ebene entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachsen (7, 8) der Hebel (4, 5) in einer mittigen Ebene des Parallelogramms liegen.
  3. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Lagerabschnitte (3) tragenden Strukturen (10), welche außerhalb des Parallelogramms beidseitig der genannten Stützen (9) angeordnet sind, jeweils aus einer Fläche (11) zur Aufnahme des Lagerabschnitts bestehen, welche in der Verlängerung des oberen Hebels (4) angeordnet ist und vorzugsweise angelenkt mit diesem verbunden ist, wobei diese freitragende Aufnahmefläche (11) an ihrem freien Ende von einem Aussteifungselement (12) gestützt ist, welches sie mit dem Ende der an dem unteren Hebel (5) angelenkten Stütze (9) verbindet, um eine im wesentlichen unverformbare Dreiecksstruktur zu bilden.
  4. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Lagerabschnitt (3) durch mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei Taschen (14) gebildet ist, in welche jeweils eine Latte eingesetzt ist, wobei diese Taschen (14) über eine Aufhängungsstruktur (15) mit der Tragestruktur (10) verbunden sind, wobei die Basis der Aufhängungsstruktur (15) eine Vertiefung (16) aufweist, welche zwei elastisch verformbare Blättchen begrenzt, um beim Übergang von der unbelasteten Stellung in die belastete Stellung der Vorrichtung ein freies Schwenken des oberen Hebels (4) in Bezug auf den Abschnitt der Aufhängungsstruktur (15) des Lagerabschnitts (3) zu ermöglichen, welcher sich zwischen den genannten Stützen (9) des Parallelogramms erstrecken.
  5. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufhängungsstruktur (15) eine Hohlstruktur ist, welche durch unter Druck elastisch verformbare Ringe gebildet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlenkungen (6) der Stützen (9) an den Hebeln (4, 5) durch Verjüngungen gebildet werden wie beispielsweise eine Verengung des Querschnitts, um an jeder dieser Anlenkungen Verformungen durch kombinierte Biegung zuzulassen.
  7. Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerabschnitt (3), der Befestigungsabschnitt (1) und die den Lagerabschnitt (3) tragende Struktur (10) eine monolithische Anordnung vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff bilden.
  8. Lattenrost mit Latten,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Latten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 aufweist.
