Abstract
Eine Verstellvorrichtung zum Verstellen eines zwischen zwei Stelldruckkammern angeordneten auf das Verdrängungsvolumen einer hydrostatischen Maschine einwirkenden Stellkolbens (3), welcher aus einer durch die Kraft zumindest einer Rückstellfeder (8a, 8b) vorgegebenen Neutralstellung zwischen zwei Endlagen bewegbar ist, umfaßt ein zur Regelung der Stelldrücke in den Stelldruckkammern (7a, 7b) vorgesehenes Steuerventil (2), mit einem Steuerkolben (17), der durch von Steuereinrichtungen (38) erzeugte Steuerkräfte in axialer Richtung aus einer Neutralstellung beidseitig auslenkbar ist, wobei den Steuerkräften jeweils eine mit der Auslenkung des Stellkolbens (3) korrelierte Kraft entgegengerichtet ist. Der Steuerkolben (17) weist in axialer Richtung einen ersten Steuerkolbenteil (18) und einen zweiten Steuerkolbenteil (19) auf, die durch einen Steuerkolbenstößel (20) so miteinander verbunden sind, daß von jeweils einem Steuerkolbenteil (18, 19) auf das andere Steuerkolbenteil (19, 18) durch den Steuerkolbenstößel (20) eine Schubkraft in axialer Richtung übertragbar ist. An adjusting device for adjusting an adjusting piston (3) which is arranged between two signal pressure chambers and which acts on the displacement volume of a hydrostatic machine and which can be moved between two end positions from a neutral position predetermined by the force of at least one return spring (8a, 8b), includes a for regulating the adjusting pressures in Control valve (2) provided to the control pressure chambers (7a, 7b), with a control piston (17) which can be deflected in the axial direction from a neutral position by control forces generated by control devices (38), the control forces each having a deflection of the control piston ( 3) correlated force is opposite. The control piston (17) has a first control piston part (18) and a second control piston part (19) in the axial direction, which are connected to one another by a control piston tappet (20) in such a way that from one control piston part (18, 19) to the other control piston part (19, 18) a thrust in the axial direction can be transmitted by the control piston tappet (20).
