Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Zusammentragen von flachen Gegenständen (5), in welchem Verfahren Stapel (9) mit je einem oder mehreren Gegenständen (5) gebildet werden, indem die entstehenden Stapel (9) auf je einer Auflagefläche (7) einer Stapelauflage (2) aufliegend entlang einer Zusammentragstrecke (1) in einer Stapelförderrichtung hintereinander an mindestens einer Zuführungsstelle vorbeigefördert werden und indem an der Zuführungsstelle Gegenstände (5) entlang einer Zuführungsstrecke (3) in einer Zuführungsrichtung zugefördert und je einer der flachen Gegenstände (5) zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Stapeln (9) bzw. zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Stapelauflagen (2) eingeführt und auf dem einen der beiden Stapel (9) bzw. Auflageflächen (7) positioniert wird, wobei die Zuführungsrichtung eine zur Stapelförderrichtung parallele Komponente aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (5) an ihren vorlaufenden Kanten (5.1) gehalten zwischen die zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) eingeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelauflagen nicht parallel zur Stapelförderrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelauflagen (2) an den unteren Kanten der Auflageflächen (7) je eine Stoppleiste (8) aufweisen, dass die Gegenstände (5) von oben mit nach unten gerichteten, gehaltenen Kanten (5.1) zwischen die Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) eingeführt werden und dass die Gegenstände (5) aus der Gehaltenheit entlassen werden, wenn die gehaltene Kante (5.1) unmittelbar über der Stoppleiste (8) positioniert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (5) mit den gehaltenen Kanten (5.1) gegen vorne gerichtet gegen die Zuführungsstelle gefördert werden und auf dem nachlaufenden Stapel (9) oder auf der nachlaufenden Auflagefläche (7) positioniert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (5) mit der gehaltenen Kante (5.1) gegen hinten gerichtet gegen die Zuführungsstelle gefördert werden und auf dem vorlaufenden Stapel (9) oder auf der vorlaufenden Auflagefläche (7) positioniert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gehaltenen Kanten (5.1) während der Einführung zwischen die Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) in Stapelförderrichtung schneller oder langsamer gefördert werden als die Auflageflächen (7).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageflächen (7) gegenüber der Zusammentragstrecke (1) schief angeordnet sind und dass die Förderung der gehaltenen Kanten (5.1) während der Einführung der Gegenstände (5) zwischen die Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) parallel zu dieser Schiefe verläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (5) hängend gegen die Zuführungsstelle gefördert und mit den gehaltenen Kanten (5.1) gegen oben gerichtet von unten zwischen die Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) eingeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (5) mit der gehaltenen Kante (5.1) gegen eine Seite gerichtet gegen die Zuführungsstelle gefördert und seitlich zwischen die Stapel (9) oder Stapelauflagen (2) eingeführt werden.
- Anordnung zum Zusammentragen von flachen Gegenständen (5), welche Anordnung eine Mehrzahl von Stapelauflagen (2) und eine Mehrzahl von Halteelementen (4) aufweist, wobei die Stapelauflagen (2) je eine Auflagefläche (7) haben und hintereinander in einer Stapelförderrichtung entlang einer Zusammentragstrecke (1) an mindestens einer Zuführungsstelle vorbeiförderbar sind, wobei die Halteelemente (4) zur gehaltenen Zuführung der flachen Gegenstände (5) zu der Zuführungsstelle in einer Zuführungsrichtung entlang einer Zuführungsstrecke (3) hintereinander gegen die Zusammentragstrecke (1) förderbar und in der Zuführungsstelle zur Entlassung der Gegenstände (5) desaktivierbar sind und wobei die Zuführungsrichtung eine parallel zur Stapelförderrichtung ausgerichtete Komponente aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsstrecke (3) die Zusammentragstrecke (1) in der Zuführungsstelle kreuzt, dass die Förderung der Stapelauflagen (2) und die Förderung der Halteelemente (4) derart aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass an der Zuführungsstelle zwischen jedem Paar von aufeinanderfolgenden Stapelauflagen (2) ein Halteelement (4) hindurch förderbar ist und dass die Vorrichtung ferner Mittel zur Desaktivierung der Halteelemente (4) während dieser Hindurchförderung aufweist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageflächen nicht parallel zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) ausgerichtet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelauflagen (2) an mindestens einem ersten Förderorgan (30) und die Halteelemente (4) an mindestens einem zweiten Förderorgan (31) angeordnet sind, wobei die Förderorgane (30, 31) mindestens im Bereiche der Zuführungsstelle in zueinander parallelen Ebenen angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflageflächen (7) im wesentlichen horizontale untere und obere Kanten aufweisen, die quer zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) ausgerichtet sind und seitliche Kanten, die schief zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) ausgerichtet sind, sowie an den unteren Kanten angeordnete Stoppleisten (8).
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsstrecke (3) die Zusammentragstrecke (1) von oben nach unten kreuzt und dass die Mittel zur Desaktivierung der Halteelemente (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Halteelemente (4) desaktiviert werden, wenn sie in einem unteren Bereich der Stapelauflagen (2) positioniert sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsstrecke (3) die Zusammentragstrecke (1) von unten nach oben kreuzt und dass die Mittel zur Desaktivierung der Halteelemente (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Halteelemente (4) desaktiviert werden, wenn sie in einem oberen Bereich der Stapelauflagen (2) positioniert sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem oberen Bereich der Auflageflächen je eine zweite Stoppleite (8') vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführungsstrecke (3) die Zusammentragstrecke (1) von einer ersten Seite der Stapelauflagen (2) nach einer zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite kreuzt und dass die Mittel zur Desaktivierung der Halteelemente (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Halteelemente (4) desaktiviert werden, wenn sie im Bereich der zweiten gegenüberliegenden Seite der Stapelauflagen (2) positioniert sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelauflagen (2) seitlich am ersten Förderorgan (30) angeordnet sind, dass die Halteelemente (4) seitlich am zweiten Förderorgan (31) angeordnet sind und dass das erste und das zweite Förderorgan (30 und 31) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Haltelemente (4) und die Stapelauflagen (2) sich im Kreuzungsbereich kämmen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoppleisten (8) der Stapelauflagen (2) Durchlässe (33) für die Halteelemente (4) aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelauflagen (2) je zwei voneinander quer zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) beabstandete Stapelauflage-Teile (2.1, 2.2) aufweisen, die je an einem ersten Förderorgan (30.1 und 30.2) angeordnet sind, und dass die Haltelemente (4) und das zweite Förderorgan (31) im Kreuzungsbereich im Abstand zwischen den Stapelauflage-Teilen (2.1, 2.2) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (4) je zwei quer zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) voneinander beabstandete Haltelement-Teile (4.1 und 4.2) aufweisen, die je an einem zweiten Förderorgan (31.1 und 31.2) angeordnet sind und dass die Stapelauflagen (2) und das erste Förderorgan (30) im Abstand zwischen den Halteelement-Teilen (4.1 und 4.2) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stapelauflagen (2) quer zur Zusammentragstrecke (1) angeordnete V-förmige Abteile (20) mit in Stapelförderrichtung hintereinander angeordneten Seitenwänden und einem die Seitenwände verbindenden Boden vorgesehen sind, wobei die eine der Seitenwände als Auflagefläche (7) und der Boden als Stoppleiste (8) dient und wobei die andere Seitenwand (21) die Funktion der vor- oder nachlaufenden Stapelauflage (2) übernehmen kann.
