Description

I. AnwendungsgebietI. Field of application

The invention relates to windows, as they are provided in buildings for the purpose of light incidence and the possibility of opening (ventilation and escape routes).

II. Technischer HintergrundII. Technical background

Such windows consist of a masonry mounted frame-shaped rotating window sash and a mounted therein on hinges or other fitting parts and therefore movable window sash, which in turn surrounds the transparent disc received therein frame-shaped.

Traditionally, there are the opaque parts, so the sash or the window sill made of wood, which are connected to each other via metal fittings.

In addition, windows have increasingly prevailed, their wings or sticks out, usually mostly hollow; Plastic profiles, usually made of PVC, or metal profiles, usually made of aluminum, are executed.

Die einzelnen Glashalteleisten sind dabei in den Ecken wiederum auf Gehrung geschnitten und grenzen aneinander an.Regardless of the material used so far, however, the frame-shaped wings or poles are always composed of deflected, usually mitred, profiles, which are connected in the miter via connecting elements or simply glued together. Even with the traditional Production method made of wood, stick and wings are made of individual profiles and fixed by meshing (gluing) and gluing against each other. In the casement, the pane is fixed in windows made of wood by means of so-called glass retaining strips by - viewed in cross section - the disc - today usually at least two-layer glass with befindlichem therebetween, sealed gas or air volume - from one side, usually the inside, used in a corresponding fold of the finished window sash and placed on the other side of the glass retaining strips and fixed radially outwards relative to the sash, usually nailed, were. The individual glass retaining strips are mitred in the corners and adjoin one another.

In the case of plastic or metal windows, the panes are fixed either by means of analogous glass retaining strips consisting only of the corresponding material (plastic or aluminum) or rubber profiles which are sufficiently dimensioned and have sufficiently high rigidity to secure the relatively heavy insulating glass pane in the pane To hold wings.

Diese Vorgehensweise weist jedoch erhebliche Nachteile auf:However, this procedure has considerable disadvantages:

The production of the frame-shaped parts of individual profiles and compound in the corner is time and labor intensive and beyond with regard to the Zielbahndichtigkeit and durability of the connection the weak point of the construction. In particular, the attachment of glazing beads is time-consuming, often only perform manually and especially in wood can optically not always satisfactory solutions, both in terms of the opening of joints and the fixing elements are found.

Furthermore, the coating in the desired color of the user is usually made of a material which does not correspond to the base material of the window sash or window sill, so that solely by the painting of the opaque window parts, a material mix is created, the recycling of the Makes window difficult, if not impossible. Furthermore, especially with wood the now legally required thermal insulation values of a window can hardly be achieved, or only with cross sections of the sash and window sill, which are very large and thus - in addition to the necessary stability of the window - on the one hand, the manufacturing costs due to the higher Needlessly increase material requirements as well as result in too wide window frames in relation to the window panes from an optical point of view.

From the DE-A-30 02 221 as well as the FR-A-2473609 Windows are known whose frames can be made of PUR. However, these frames are not made by casting or spraying into a mold, but by bending or pressing prefabricated profiles.

Furthermore, it is from the DE-A-19516486 and the DE-A-2047299 known to use the material PUR as foam for windows, in the latter in combination with wood.

The DE-A-19648235 teaches to use the material PUR in foamed form for the production of the entire frame or to combine this with the material wood.

Furthermore, the disclosure DE-A-23 14 303 a method in which an aluminum foil is already incorporated as a cover during foaming of a foamed polyurethane frame window frame.

III. Darstellung der ErfindungIII. Presentation of the invention a) Technische Aufgabea) Technical task

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a window in which after production with respect to the window frame No further assembly activity is required and which is characterized by a correspondingly reduced expenditure of time and cost savings.

b) Lösung der Aufgabeb) Solution of the task

This object is achieved by the method according to claim 1.

According to the invention, the entire window sash is not made of two mutually juxtaposed and subsequently connected with each other frame, but in one piece by casting or foaming, the proposed transparent disc is already inserted during foaming.

As a result, the assembly times compared to the conventional design, ie Manufacture from profile beams and connecting in the corners, subsequent insertion of the discs transversely to the main plane and fixing by glass retaining strips that need to be nailed or screwed, or by rubber profiles, etc., drastically reduced.

The disadvantage of the possibly lack of flexibility in the dimensions is captured by a standardized screening of the lengths and widths of the windows and by a shape which is preferably variable in terms of length and width of the window by interposing several extension or widening fittings, which also fighters , may contain additional sprouts and the like.

Such a window is particularly favorable to produce when the frame-shaped parts of stick and wings made of plastic and in particular of solid plastic and not cast or molded from hollow material, and in particular over the entire cross-section throughout the same material with the same physical parameters which density and thermal conductivity angeht is used. In general, the preparation is done by entering two components in a z. B. on all sides closed chemical reaction of the two components under volume increase and thereby pressure generation occurs in the mold. As a result, the end product can have a higher density at the edge of the cross section, in particular a density which is about 20% higher than in the middle region.

Preference is given to polyurethane (PUR) is used, since this provides the additional advantage that the adhesive then required for bonding such parts as well as paints for painting the parts on the same base material, namely polyurethane, based, and thus painted or glued parts no material mix but represent a unified material. Thus, such windows are well recyclable due to the fact that in addition to the polyurethane only metal (fittings) and glass (disc) are available. When shradding such old windows, metal can be removed via a metal separator, while the heavy glass is separated from the lighter plastic by gravity.

In particular, the polyurethane construction material used here is not a polyurethane actively foamed by the addition of gas, but rather a comparatively heavy but nevertheless good heat-insulating material which is produced by casting two components and which is also very stable mechanically.

The fittings are fastened in the solid PUR construction material either by screwing in as conventional or may already be cast during the manufacture of these moldings.

The window cane - alone or already with hinged casement - fixed in the masonry of the building. That's it easily possible to masonry on the outside protruding frame parts, Vriese etc. directly on the floor integrally with, so that such a window in the finished plastered and painted building can be inserted from the outside into the wall opening and then fixed, so that the painter and Plastering can be done much faster and cheaper.

In the window floor dividing into individual, parallel to the main plane joined frame and their bonding together makes sense, as this - especially in the outer floor frame - additional equipment such as sun protection elements, wind protection elements, rain protection elements, security elements and the like already provided with respect to the receiving spaces or already assembled can be included. By attaching different outer floor frames to always the same inner floor frame so that windows of different functionality and different architectural styles can be easily combined.

It may also be useful not to make the entire window stock from two juxtaposed and subsequently connected with each other frame, but to produce one piece by pouring or foaming.

Furthermore, it can - in a production of the window sash of two mutually juxtaposed frame parts - be useful to interpose between another frame made of a material offering greater stability than the material of the remaining frame parts, ie either cast in a frame part or when fixing the two frame parts between them.

In order not to complicate the advantage of easier recycling - ie after shrading a no longer needed window removing the metal parts by means of magnet, the sinking of the heavy glass parts down and the suction or scavenging of the lighter plastic parts above - should also the reinforcing frame preferably made of one of these three materials, that is usually the material of the fittings, namely metal.

In the fixation of the two frame parts of the window sash against each other Can be useful only in partial areas of the circumference instead of a gluing or a circumferential locking a latching, since this the rear ventilation of the window and in particular the disc is improved.

To explain the technical background, prior art window constructions, which are not the subject matter of the present invention, are described by way of example with reference to the figures. Show it:
Fig. 1:
a built-in window from the outside of the building,
Fig. 2:
a vertical section through the window of Fig. 1 along the line II-II,
3:
a partial horizontal section through the window of Fig. 1 along the line III-III, and
4:
a horizontal section through the center of a double-winged window.

Fig. 1 shows a fully assembled window with a window frame 3 and therein fixed, openable casement 2, in which case a plurality of discs 4 are added. The window stock 3 has a fighter 13, which passes below the uppermost discs 4 from the left to the right vertical leg of the window stock 3.

While in the left half of Fig. 1, the usual variant, namely the placement of the window frame 3 in a wall opening 14 of the masonry 12 is shown, the right half of Fig. 1 shows a solution in which the window stock 13 - like a window frame - On the outside, the front of the masonry 12 overlaps and rests on this front with an outwardly projecting leg 3 ', which is, however, an integral part of the window stock 3.

Also, the weatherboard 6 is not fixedly arranged on the window sash 2 as a separate component, but as also an integral part.

Fig. 2 zeigt einen Vertikalschnitt durch den oberen und unteren Endbereich des Fensters der Fig. 1.FIG. 2 shows a vertical section through the upper and lower end region of the window of FIG. 1. FIG.

The window sash 2 can be opened inwards relative to the window sill 3, and lies in corresponding folds of the window sash 3 via a molding seal 11a. Compared to conventional window constructions of the sash 2, however, consists - in cross-section of the illustrations of Figures 2-4 considered - but of two in one piece, frame-shaped circumferentially poured without joints or sprayed, wing frame 2a, 2b, parallel to the main plane 10 of the window , So the course of the glass surfaces are glued together over an adhesive 15 surface, and in corresponding, oppositely directed folds the insulating glass pane 4, which consists of the individual discs 4a and 4b and the intervening circumferential seal 4c, form-fitting between them take, with interposition of a mold part seal 11 b.

The weatherboard 6 is also integral, integral part of the outer wing frame 2a. Both wing frame 2a, 2b thus overlap the disc 4 radially inward to the extent that removal of the disc 4 to the inside or outside without destroying the window sash 2, in particular its adhesive point 15, is not possible.

Thus, no separate glass retaining strips are present, but these are integral to z. B. the inner wing frame 2 b formed, radially inwardly facing projections with the desired contour design. The window stock 3 can - as shown in the lower half - be an integrally encircling frame-shaped part, which in turn is also seamless, so without subsequently closed joints at the corners, made by archetypes, as well as the wing frame of the sash.

Drainage openings or drain pipes 16 are preferably formed during manufacture or subsequently glued.

On the other hand, as shown in the upper area of FIG. 2, the window stock 3 can also be assembled from two floor frames 3 a, 3 b, in particular adhesively bonded in the main level 10 by means of adhesive 15. This has the advantage that different outer floor frame 3a can be used, which - depending on the customer - certain equipment extensions, for example, the sun screen 5 shown in a corresponding cavity of this outer floor frame 3a include.

In particular, the connection plane between the two floor frames 3 a and 3 b takes place in the outermost contact surface between window sash 2 and window sill 3.

11 c'.Fig. 3 shows a partial horizontal section through the window of Fig. 1, in turn, with a one-piece window frame 3 and omitting the mold part seal 11. The rung 7 is not a real, ie the disk 4 dividing, rung, but consists of on the Outside and inside of the disc 4 patch rungs bars 7a, 7b. These rungs bars 7a, 7b are in turn an integral, integral part of the wing frame 3a, 3b, and thus by gluing these wing frame 3a, 3b at the splice 15, which is preferably parallel to the main plane 10 of the window, on the Disc 4 pressed; again with interposition preferably a mold part 11 c or 11 c '.

Furthermore, here the two wing frame 3a, 3b are not glued against each other, but fixed by means of several distributed over the circulation locking elements 99 positively against each other. This is a latching element, which in corresponding recesses, ie blind holes or grooves, the wing frame 3a, 3b are pressed and barbs, so that these barbs dig into the material of the wall of the wells.

In Fig. 3, the window frame is shown as a one-piece frame 3.

Fig. 4 zeigt einen Horizontalschnitt durch ein Fenster mit zwei sich gegeneinander abstützenden Fensterflügeln 2,2'.Fig. 4 shows a horizontal section through a window with two mutually supporting window sash 2,2 '.

The individual wings in turn consist of wing frames 2a, 2b and 2a ', 2b', which are urgeformt as jointless, one-piece parts and then firmly against each other in the main plane, inseparably connected, in particular glued by means of adhesive 15. The outer and inner blow bars 8a, 8b, with which the window sash 2 and 2 'overlap on the outside or inside, however, are attached as separate items on the outside or inside, for example, screwed or glued. This offers the advantage that the corresponding window sash 2 or 2 'without beater bar 8a or 8b can also be used as einflügliges window in a corresponding, not shown window stick, so that the number of produced and to be stocked individual elements is reduced.
