Abstract
Description
Eine besonders einfach herstellbare und rasch montierbare Ausführungsform der Kontaktfeder stellt die Realisierung aus zwei separaten Blechen dar, die halbschalenförmig aufeinander liegen. Durch die Verbindung dieser beiden Bleche über einen Crimpkontakt, der gleichzeitig der Verbindung mit dem Grundkörper dient, können bei der Herstellung Zeit und Kosten gespart werden.
Diese Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von den Kontaktfedern 102, die in den Fig. 15 und 16 dargestellt sind, durch die verkürzten Federarme 122A und 122B, die nicht mehr aus dem Kontaktbereich 105 des Grundkörpers hinausragen. Die beiden Federarme 122A und 122B werden mit ihren freien Enden so nach außen gebogen, dass sie im eingeschobenen Zustand mit einem definierten Anpressdruck an die Innenwand des Grundkörpers drücken.
Claims (13)
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse für eine elektrische Steckverbindung mit einer Rastfederzunge (116) zur Fixierung der Kontaktbuchse (100) in einem Steckverbindergehäuse, wobei die Kontaktbuchse (100) einen Grundkörper (104) und eine in diesen eingeschobene Kontaktfeder (102) aufweist, der Grundkörper (104) an seinem einen Ende einen Anschlussbereich (106) und an seinem entgegengesetzten Ende einen Kontaktbereich (105) für den Steckerstift besitzt und der Grundkörper (104) und die Kontaktfeder (102) elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastfederzunge (116) einstückig mit der federelastischen Kontaktfeder (102) ausgebildet ist. - Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Verbindung zwischen Kontaktfeder (102) und Grundkörper (104) durch mindestens zwei voneinander in axialer Richtung beabstandete definierte Kontaktstellen gebildet ist.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine erste Kontaktstelle an dem Kontaktbereich (105) und eine zweite Kontaktstelle in geringer Entfernung von dem Anschlussbereich (106) befindet.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (102) aus wenigstens zwei freigeschnittenen Federarmen (122A, 122B) gebildet ist.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Federarm (122A, 122B) zumindest bereichsweise in zwei Kontaktstege (123) geteilt ist.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung des elektrischen Kontaktes mit einem Steckerstift die Federarme (122A, 122B) zwei axial gegeneinander versetzte Kontaktstellen (110, 130) aufweisen.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Federarme (122A, 122B) mit ihren dem Anschlussbereich (106) des Grundkörpers (104) zugewandten Enden (126) halbschalenförmig aufeinander liegen und durch zwei an dem Anschlussbereich (106) des Grundkörpers (104) angeformte Crimplaschen (120) umgriffen und fixiert sind.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Federarme (122A, 122B) mit ihren dem Anschlussbereich (106) zugewandten Enden so nach außen gebogen sind, so dass sie im eingeschobenen Zustand mit einer definierten Federkraft gegen die Innenwand des Grundkörpers drücken und so die zweite Kontaktstelle bilden.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (102) im eingeschobenen Zustand an einer Stirnseite (108) des Kontaktbereichs (105) des Grundkörpers (104) anliegt.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (102) U-förmig umgebogen ist, so dass sie im eingeschobenen Zustand die stirnseitige Kante an dem Kontaktbereich des Grundkörpers umgreift.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach Anspruch 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Kontaktfeder (102) mindestens eine Befestigungslasche (112) vorgesehen ist, die bei eingeschobenem Zustand der Kontaktfeder (102) in einer Aufnahmetasche (114) des Grundkörpers (104) arretierbar ist.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfeder (102) über mindestens einen Schweißpunkt (129) mit dem Kontaktbereich (105) des Grundkörpers (104) verbunden ist.
- Elektrische Kontaktbuchse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Bildung des elektrischen Kontaktes mit einem Steckerstift die Federarme (122A, 122B) einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet und flaschenhalsartig nach innen eingestellt sind.
