Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable elevator an elevator drive consisting of a gear with Traction sheave, a motor, a brake and over that Traction sheave for the Vertical movement of an elevator car, preferably with one Counterweight, with the motor of the elevator drive upwards is arranged directed.
An elevator drive of the type mentioned is from DE 37 37 773 C2 known. With this construction, the assembly should of the gearbox, as well as the mounting and dismounting of the engine be possible in a short time, the bearings being here stay aligned. The standing on the gear arranged motor has on its top Drum brake on.
With today's high thermal load Motor windings appear to be entering Winding defects due to overload are more likely be as a mechanical defect in the transmission. Must now defective motor must be replaced with the defective one Engine also the brake located above the engine be dismantled. The latter means that for the time being for example by means of rope clips to be attached and / or Supporting the counterweight in the shaft, the cabin and that Counterweight can be secured against unchecked movements have to. This procedure is time consuming and involves Accident risks.
This drive must also be used when changing the motor the brake can be removed, making the same disadvantage The effect arises as previously described. moreover can the large one resulting from the external rotor principle Inertia the acceleration and deceleration of the Adversely affect elevator car.
In both of the drives mentioned in relation to Gearbox size small motors conclude that this Drives are only designed for relatively small outputs. When using a more powerful and therefore Larger motors for the medium power range can the gearbox base partially superior Engine layout a correspondingly larger space requirement for the drive condition, which adversely affects the Disposition options affects.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to create an elevator drive, the motor and Gearbox housing dimensions are narrow, i.e. in at least such a small dimension in a horizontal dimension have the drive on the side to save space in the shaft can be arranged, with common engine shapes Find use. The engine should continue without the above Disadvantages can be exchanged quickly and easily.
The elevator drive according to the invention is characterized by this from that the elevator drive with the upright attached Motor is arranged somewhat inclined to the vertical, such that the motor is in the vertical projection from above located within the lateral extent of the transmission and that this is possible without complex structural interventions becomes.
Advantageous further developments and improvements are in the Subclaims listed.
The inclination of the motor-gear axis is achieved that the mounting feet on the gearbox in a Gear base arranged according to the inclined plane are.
The mechanical brake is located between the engine and the gearbox and does not have to when changing the engine be dismantled. Therefore, the drive, or the Traction sheave after removing the motor by means of the closed brake, which means no additional Security measures are necessary.
The mechanical brake is an integral part of the Gear designed and is in a housing part of the Gear arranged.
The housing part that holds the brake is facing upwards Directed flange collar with a flange plate for the Engine trained and is, together with the Lower part of the gearbox as a one-piece cast housing educated.
The optimized for great strength and rigidity, oval-like vertical cross-section of the gear housing, whose curves are formed from different radii and its height greater than its width is possible thin wall thicknesses and thus a low lateral Expansion of the gearbox.
The arrangement of a flywheel above the engine allows the use of a flywheel over the Motor housing cross-section protrudes without the installation dimensions exceed.
Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines
Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert und in den Zeichnungen
dargestellt.
Vertikalen etwas nach hinten geneigt angeordnet ist.1 shows the elevator drive according to the invention on

The further details of the elevator drive are in
following explained in more detail with reference to FIG. The active ones

bezeichnet. Oberhalb des Loslagers 29 und innerhalb des
Flanschkragens 8 ist die Bremstrommel 5 angeordnet und mit
der Motor/Schneckenwelle 19 fest verbunden. Mit der
Flanschplatte 38 ist ein Motorgehäuse 24 des Motors 1,
vorzugsweise mittels Schrauben, lösbar verbunden. Das
Motorgehäuse 24 umfasst ein geblechtes Statorpaket 23 mit
einer Statorwicklung 22, deren untere Enden, bzw. deren
Wicklungsköpfe in den Flanschkragen 8 hineinragen. Auf der
Motor/Schneckenwelle 19 befindet sich im Bereich des
Statorpaketes 23 ein für Wechselstrommotoren typischer Rotor
21 mit Blechpaket und Kurzschlusswicklung. To the right of the
40 axial gesichert. Mit 36 ist ein auf der Schwungscheibe 9
aufgeschraubter Kegelradring bezeichnet. Die
Luftaustrittsöffnung am Umfang des Lüfterrades 25 ist mit
einem Lüftergitter 26 abgedeckt. Towards the upper end of the motor /
With β is the vertical one Referred to inclination angle. The skew angle β can have that amount of angular degrees by means of which the advantages mentioned are achieved. In the example shown the angle β is approximately 10 °. The level one with 39 designated gear base is at the same angle β inclined to the horizontal plane.
erkennbar. The front view of Figure 3 also shows the parts
Manual drive shaft 44,
In Figure 4, the advantage with the angle β of the
Vertical deviating axis of the
Gewicht des Getriebes 2 auswirkt.5 shows a cross-sectional shape of the
The construction of the elevator drive is limited to Details not only on the example shown. So is for example, the mechanical brake as Disc brake can be carried out with the appropriate fittings.
The
