Description
Spulmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a method for winding the current
Thread at a workstation of a Spinnspul- or a
Winding machine according to the preamble of
The spun thread turns on the respective spinning station on a package in the form of a Cheese wrapped. At a thread break both during the coil travel, ie between the beginning of the winding a thread end to an empty sleeve and the completion the cheese, as well as a bobbin change, the Spinning a autonomous mobile piecing unit delivered. To fix a thread break becomes after a first piecing program of piecing automatically the Thread end of the package designed as a cheese spool withdrawn, passed to the spinning element of the spinning station on existing or supplied there staple fibers created then continuously as a rewoven thread from the Peeled off spinning element, passed to the spinning station and on the cheese wound up.
The generic DE 196 40 184 A1 describes a method for cleaning yarn faults at a winding station of a Dishwasher. With this method are by a sensor Detected yarn defects completely purified, it being can be both long and short yarn faults.
For this purpose, after the occurrence of a yarn error, the length of faulty thread between the time of occurrence the error and the time of the thread cut determined. to Elimination of the faulty thread piece becomes a suction tube positioned in front of the package. The thread end is unwound, the entry of the thread by means of a in the Suction tube arranged sensor detected and that of the Bobbin unwound and entering the suction pipe Thread length determined. The unwinding process is stopped when on the basis of the determined thread length such a thread length in the suction tube has been sucked in, that in the subsequent Insert the bobbin-side thread in the Fadenendenverbindeeinrichtung since the occurrence of Garnfehler still wound thread length outside the Thread end connecting device for separating remains.
After thread breaks during the winding process or during the coil travel Thread joints, in the form of knots, splices or piecing can be present, practically unavoidable. From an economic point of view, it is disadvantageous after one Cleaning section respectively the entire previously on the sleeve unwind wound yarn and as waste to suck off so as not to thread in the yarn in To have to buy. Without thread joints is the Production of relatively large-volume cheeses from several Spinnerets are not possible at all. Since the connection of the withdrawn already wound package of the package Thread end with the thread source, for example one Spinning element, inevitably a thread connection point must be generated, the thread joints because this inevitability in the finished yarn tolerates, though Represent imperfections. The imperfection can on the one hand in the caused by the thread connection point Thickness deviation of the thread exist. On spinning winder machines a piecing test is common in which the thickness of the Anspinners and thick or thin spots in the thread immediately before or detected behind the piecer. With the Anspinnerprüfung can be such piecemeal immediately do not eliminate the given quality criteria and then replace with piezores which meet these quality criteria. On the other hand, too color imperfections occur. When splicing yarns, which contain synthetic fibers, by means of hot air it can for example, to a change in the ink absorption behavior come in the splice, which is disadvantageous in the Dyeing process can be noticeable.
In general, a sporadic occurrence of Thread joints in the textile finished product, for Example of a tissue, irrelevant. However, it can happen that two or more yarn joints are relatively short consecutively follow each other in the yarn. By repeated Occurrence in textile finished product can be a naked eye Although scarcely recognizable deficiency exist, but undesirable or even has a negative impact on value. Such defects can not be done using the known methods exclude and must therefore be accepted.
The of a Fadenzufuhr- or Spool withdrawn thread length is recorded continuously. If the number of determined yarn defects or Threaded connections, based on a certain amount of umzuspulenden thread exceeds an adjustable number, the winding process is stopped and the thread is cut. By a suction device then becomes a predetermined one Amount of thread unwound from the supplied yarn feed bobbin, sucked off, cut and disposed of. Subsequently, the of the thread feed reel coming so-called bobbin thread again in a known manner in a splicing device with that of the Spool connected back so-called upper thread connected and the rewinding process continues. In this known Procedure is assumed to be on a spinning cop as Feed bobbin only a relatively limited, faulty thread length is present, which by the above-described suction can be removed. kick however, the common case of having consistently errors in the Thread material are included, is disadvantageous even after Extraction action further faulty yarn on the package wound. Moreover, it is in this known method of Disadvantage that the erroneous amount of thread, the cause of the stop of the winding process was, in any case, in the wound up Yarn remains, so that the finished cheese, although a contains cleaned thread, but this disproportionately has many thread connections. The remaining of two or more thread joints relatively short in a row wound yarn is disadvantageous and undesirable. The Occurrence of such a defect can by the procedure of the EP-A-0 628 509 can not be avoided or eliminated.
The non-prepublished DE 100 20 665 A1 describes a Method in which a plurality of occurring yarn defects counted and registered on a given yarn length. The registered number comes with a predeterminable number compared to yarn joining operations. The distance of Thread joints to each other is not considered. As long as the number determined by counting Thread joints within the given yarn length the predetermined number and thus a certain frequency not reached, remain in the process of DE 100 20 665 A1 the yarn joints in the wound yarn, though they follow in quick succession. Even several short one after the other following thread connection points are not unwound and cut out again if that Counting criterion is not reached. Is after such Thread joints, for example, more than the specified Yarn length wound up without new thread joints, remain with a short distance consecutive Thread joints finally in the wound yarn. With The method of DE 100 20 665 A1 is not safe and in In any case, prevents a new one Thread connection and the preceding thread connection point undesirably close to each other.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a Quality improvement during the winding process of a package to enable.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden
Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.This object is achieved by the characterizing
Characteristics of
The subclaims are based on advantageous embodiments of Directed procedure.
Is the occurrence of a thread break since the last yarn compound wound yarn amount determined and if a quantity criterion is not met by them Yarn quantity as much yarn unwound from the package and the unwound thread end so separated that the last tolerated thread joint in the severed Thread section is, can thus be an undesirable Accumulation of thread joints that have a recognizable Make deficiency in the finished product, avoid it safely.
Whether the quantity criterion is fulfilled or not fulfilled can be decided in a particularly quick and easy way if as a measure of the wound yarn amount since Re-start the winding process after the last one Thread connection elapsed time is determined and as Quantity criterion is given a period of time. The the wound yarn amount corresponding yarn length becomes determined, this yarn length unwound from the bobbin and the unwound thread end separated. With a predetermined Garnlängenzuschlag the determined yarn length can thereby be ensured that the thread connection point in separated thread section lies. Removing the severed thread end can in the usual way by suction respectively.
Advantageously, alternatively, as a measure of the wound Yarn quantity equal to the re-start of the winding process yarn length wound after the last thread connection determined and given as quantity criterion a length. is can not reach the specified as quantity criterion length the determined wound yarn length immediately without Further conversion can be used as the length again is to be handled.
The inventive method can both Spinning machines in which the spinning unit or the spinning box is the thread source, as well as Winding machines in which as a thread source a delivery reel serves to be used advantageously.
With the method according to the invention it is possible to easy way to effective quality improvement both in the finished yarn as well as especially in textile Finished product in which the yarn is processed to achieve.

Spleißeinrichtung 8.In the illustration of Fig. 1 is at the
In der Steuereinrichtung 9 ist eine vorgegebene Länge
abgespeichert.
In the
Is that wound since the last thread connection Yarn length greater than the stored length, the Cleaning the yarn defect, which breaks the thread has evoked, for example, in the DE 196 40 184 A1 described manner or continued.
Is that wound since the last thread connection
Yarn length, however, smaller than the stored length, is
the package 4 by means of the winding
legt.For this purpose, the
Fig. 2 zeigt das in seine Ausgangsstellung zurückgekehrte
Saugrohr 22.
Fadenenden abgetrennt. Der Faden 36 wird nach dem Abtrennen im
Saugrohr 22 abgesaugt. Das in das Fadengreiferrohr 5
hineinragende Fadenstück 37 wird nach dem Abtrennen im
Fadengreiferrohr 5 abgesaugt. Das Verbinden erfolgt im
dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch pneumatisches
Spleißen. Nach der durch Spleißen erfolgreich wieder
hergestellten Fadenverbindung zwischen der von der
Ablaufspule 3 gebildeten Fadenquelle und der Auflaufspule 4
wird der Aufwickelvorgang wieder fortgesetzt.Fig. 2 shows that returned to its initial

Claims (5)
- Method for winding the running thread at a workstation of a combined spinning and winding machine or a winding machine, which is drawn from a thread source and wound onto a winding-on spool (4), whereby when the thread breaks the end of the thread is unwound from the winding-on spool (4), the thread is then rejoined between the thread source and the winding-on spool (4) and the winding process is restarted when the thread connection is tolerable, characterised in that if there is a break in the thread the amount of thread that has been wound on since the last thread join is established, and that if this quantity of thread is not sufficient to meet the required criterion enough thread is unwound from the winding-on spool (4) and cut off so that the last tolerated thread joining point (38) is contained in the cut off section of thread.
- Method according to clam 1, characterised in that a time interval is specified as a criterion of quantity.
- Method according to claim 2, characterised in that the time that has elapsed since the winding process restarted after the last thread join is determined as a measure for the amount of wound-on thread.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that a length is determined as a criterion of quantity and the length of thread wound on since the winding process restarted after the last thread join is specified as a measure for the amount of wound-on thread.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the thread is broken by a cleaner cut.
