Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Spulen des laufenden Fadens an einer Arbeitsstelle einer Spinnspul- oder einer Spulmaschine, der von einer Fadenquelle abgezogen und auf eine Auflaufspule (4) aufgewickelt wird. Nach Fadenunterbrechungen wird das Fadenende von der Auflaufspule (4) abgewickelt, die Fadenverbindung zwischen Fadenquelle und Auflaufspule (4) wieder hergestellt und der Aufwickelvorgang dann fortgesetzt, wenn eine tolerierbare Fadenverbindungsstelle vorliegt. Beim Auftreten einer Fadenunterbrechung wird die seit der letzten Fadenverbindung aufgewickelte Garnmenge bestimmt. Wenn die nach Wiederbeginn des Aufwickelvorgangs nach der letzten Fadenverbindung aufgewickelte Garnmenge nicht bereits eine vorgegebene Garnmenge erreicht hat, wird so viel Garn von der Auflaufspule (4) abgewickelt und abgetrennt, daß die zuletzt tolerierte Fadenverbindungsstelle im abgetrennten Fadenabschnitt liegt. Dies führt zu einer optischen Qualitätsverbesserung des textilen Fertigproduktes.

The invention relates to a method for winding the running thread at a work station of a spinning or winding machine, which is drawn off from a thread source and wound onto a package (4). After thread interruptions, the thread end is unwound from the winding package (4), the thread connection between the thread source and the winding package (4) is restored and the winding process is continued when a tolerable thread connection point is present. If a thread break occurs, the amount of thread wound since the last thread connection is determined. If the amount of yarn wound after the last thread connection has restarted after the last thread connection has already reached a predetermined amount of thread, so much yarn is unwound from the take-up spool (4) and cut off that the last tolerated thread connection point is in the separated thread section. This leads to an optical improvement in the quality of the finished textile product.
