Claims (10)
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff, der einen oberen Boden mit einem Einfüllstutzen, zwei Seitenwände, eine Vorderwand mit einem im unteren Randbereich angeordneten Auslaufstutzen zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur, eine Rückwand sowie einen als Ablaufboden gestalteten, unteren Boden mit einer mittigen, flachen Ablaufrinne aufweist, die mit einem leichten Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand zu einem im unteren Boden ausgebildeten, an den Auslaufstutzen in der Vorderwand des Innenbehälters angrenzenden Bodensumpf verläuft, ferner mit einem Außenmantel aus einem Metallgitter oder Blech sowie mit einem palettenartigen Untergestell, das mit einem auf Eck- und Mittelfüßen stehenden Boden zum Abstützen des Innenbehälters ausgerüstet und zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dergleichen Transportmittel eingerichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Boden (12) des Innenbehälters (2) beidseits einer domartigen Einwölbung (26) in der Behältervorderwand (8) zur Aufnahme des Auslaufstutzens (9) und der Entnahmearmatur (10) zwei zur Behältervorderwand (8) und den jeweils anschließenden Eckbereichen (27, 28) bzw. den anschließenden Eck- und Seitenwandbereichen (27, 35; 28, 36) ansteigende, vordere Bodenabschnitte (29, 30) mit Ablaufflächen (31, 32) zum Ableiten der Restflüssigkeit aus dem vorderen Bodenraum (33) des Innenbehälters (2) über den Bodensumpf (14) in den Auslaufstutzen (9) des Innenbehälters (2) bei der Restentleerung des Transport- und Lagerbehälters (1) aufweist.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungskanten (34) zwischen unterem Boden (12) und den beiden Ablaufflächen (31, 32) für die Restflüssigkeit bildenden, vorderen Bodenabschnitten (29, 30) des Innenbehälters (2) quer oder annähernd quer zur mittigen Ablaufrinne (13) des unteren Behälterbodens (12) verlaufen.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungskanten (37) zwischen unterem Boden (12) und den beiden Ablaufflächen (31, 32) für die Restflüssigkeit bildenden, vorderen Bodenabschnitten (29, 30) des Innenbehälters (2) schräg zur mittigen Ablaufrinne (13) des unteren Behälterbodens (12) verlaufen.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorderen Bodenabschnitte (29, 30) beidseits der Einwölbung (26) in der Vorderwand (8) des Innenbehälters (2) mit Stützelementen (38) aus Kunststoff unterlegt sind, die auf dem Boden (25) des Untergestells (16) aufliegen.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf dem Boden (25) des Untergestells (16) aufliegendes Unterlegteil (39) aus Kunststoff mit zwei äußeren Stützteilen (39a, 39b) zum Abstützen der vorderen Bodenabschnitte (29, 30) beidseits der Einwölbung (26) in der Vorderwand (8) des Innenbehälters (2) sowie ein die beiden Stützteile (39a, 39b) miteinander verbindendes Mittelteil (39c), das den aus dem Boden (25) des Untergestells (16) ausgeformten vorderen Mittelfuß (21) formschlüssig abdeckt und einen Schutz gegen aus der Entnahmearmatur (10) abtropfende, insbesondere aggressive Flüssigkeiten bildet.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Innenbehälter mit einem unteren Boden (2), dessen Gefälle von der Behälterrückwand (11) zu dem in der Behältervorderwand (8) angeordneten Auslaufstutzen (9) größer als das Gefälle des Bodens (25) des Untergestells (16) ist, sowie einen zwischen dem Innenbehälter (2) und dem Boden (25) des Untergestells (16) angeordneten Einlegeboden (40) aus Kunststoff mit einer dem als Ablaufboden ausgebildeten unteren Boden (12) des Innenbehälters (2) angepaßten, schrägen Oberseite (41) sowie zwei vorderen Bodenabschnitten (42, 43) mit schrägen Oberseiten (44) zum Abstützen der beiden Ablaufflächen (31, 32) für die Restflüssigkeit bildenden vorderen Bodenabschnitte (29, 30) des unteren Bodens (12) des Innenbehälters (2).
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderwand (8) des Innenbehälters (2) im Bereich des unteren Bodens (12) eine über die gesamte Wandbreite verlaufende Einwölbung (45) aufweist, die durch einen Absatz (46) und einen an diesen anschließenden, zurückgesetzten, senkrechten, unteren Wandabschnitt (47) mit einem mittigen Auslaufstutzen (9) zum Anschluß einer Entnahmearmatur gebildet ist.
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine leichte Neigung des Absatzes (46) der unteren Einwölbung (45) der Vorderwand (8) des Innenbehälters (2).
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach Anspruch 7 und 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf dem Boden (25) des Untergestells (16) aufliegendes ein- oder mehrteiliges Einlegeteil (48) zum Abstützen der Einwölbung (45) in der Vorderwand (8) des Innenbehälters (2).
- Transport- und Lagerbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch Eckschoner (51) zum Schutz und zur Verkleidung der Eckbereiche (27, 28, 49, 50) des Innenbehälters (2).
