Claims (14)
- Plaque en matière thermoplastique telle que le propylène, comprenant une couverture plane supérieure (1,6) et une couverture plane inférieure (2,7) reliées par des entretoises (3, 8), caractérisée par des entretoises (3, 8) obliques d'inclinaison alternée en forme de V, à sommet anguleux ou plat, déterminant des alvéoles alternées de dimensions identiques.
- Plaque selon la revendication caractérisée en ce que les sommets présentent un renforcement homogène de matière.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2 caractérisée en ce que les entretoises (3) en V se rejoignent sensiblement en leur sommet, de part et d'autre d'une entretoise bissectrice (5) perpendiculaire aux couvertures (1, 2), provoquant un renforcement de matières au sommet.
- Plaque selon la revendication 3 caractérisée en ce que les angles formés entre les entretoises obliques et les couvertures sont de 45° ± 15°.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que deux entretoises en V consécutives (8) sont écartées à leurs deux extrémités au niveau de la même couverture par une distance inférieure à l'épaisseur de la plaque, donnant à chaque alvéole entre deux entretoises consécutives une forme trapézoïdale avec une petite base au niveau de l'angle et une grande base.
- Plaque selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les sommets plats formant la petite base (9) de l'alvéole trapézoïdale présentent une sur-épaisseur par rapport à l'épaisseur des grandes bases trapézoïdales de la même couverture, ladite sur-épaisseur étant orientée vers l'intérieur de la plaque.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que les angles entre les entretoises et les couvertures sont de 25 ± 10°.
- Plaque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les épaisseurs des entretoises sont de 0,45 ± 0,2 mm, l'épaisseur de couverture au niveau d'une petite base (9) de trapèze étant de l'ordre de 1 ± 0,3 mm.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de la plaque est comprise entre 2. et 20 mm.
- Plaque selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'épaisseur de plaque est comprise entre 4 et 12 mm.
- Plaque selon l'une des revendications 1 et 10, caractérisée en ce que la masse surfacique de la plaque est comprise entre 250 et 4000 g/m2.
- Plaque selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la masse surfacique est comprise entre 800 et 2500 g/m2.
- Plaque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée en un matériau choisi entre le polypropylène, le polyéthylène et les polystyrènes.
- Plaque selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée en polypropylène.
