Claims (13)
- Organe de conditionnement (1) en matière plastique comprenant au moins une paroi (2 ; 21, 22) et au moins un longeron de renfort (3, 14 ; 23, 24) solidaire de cette paroi le longeron et la paroi étant réalisés à partir d'une même ébauche pliée (4), le longeron (3, 14) étant rigide et comprenant des volets (6 à 9, 16 à 19, 30) de l'ébauche (6) qui sont enroulés en spirale et qui prolongent un panneau (5) de l'ébauche formant ladite paroi (2), caractérisé en ce qu'un desdits volets (9, 19) est soudé audit panneau.
- Organe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit volet (9, 19) est fixé au panneau (5) par soudage par effet miroir.
- Organe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le longeron (3, 14) comprend au moins un volet de renfort (30) qui s'étend obliquement à l'intérieur dudit longeron (3, 14).
- Organe selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le longeron (3) comprend au moins cinq volets successifs (6 à 9, 30) de l'ébauche qui sont.enroulés en spirale, qui prolongent un panneau (5) de l'ébauche formant ladite paroi (2), et dont le volet terminal (30) forme ledit volet de renfort.
- Organe de conditionnement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un garnissage (25), notamment en polyuréthanne, à l'intérieur dudit longeron (23, 24).
- Organe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux longerons (3, 14) prévus au niveau de bords opposés, notamment longitudinaux, de la paroi (2).
- Organe selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs longerons (3, 14) entourant la paroi (2).
- Organe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux longerons (3, 14 ; 21, 22) adjacents reliés entre eux, notamment par soudage par effet miroir.
- Organe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé en polyoléfine, notamment alvéolaire.
- Organe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il constitue un conteneur.
- Organe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il constitue un intercalaire de gerbage dont la paroi (2) est destinée à être disposée entre des articles (12) à gerber.
- Organe selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux longerons (3, 14) adaptés pour qu'un autre intercalaire (1) prenne appui sur ceux-ci sans prendre appui sur un article (12) posé sur ladite paroi (2) lors du gerbage d'articles (12) (figure 3).
- Utilisation d'un intercalaire (1) selon la revendication 11 ou 12 pour gerber des articles fragiles ou mous, notamment des joints pour portières de véhicules automobiles.
