This selection has for the purpose of controlling the general motor of machine 26 which then goes activate the lower and upper gripping rollers 210-228 and drive the sheet 40 towards the inside of the machine in an insertion direction up to the position defined by FIG. 7 from which, the sheet being stopped in advance by the locking rod 42, the rollers start to skate. After several rotations in this state (during one duration of a few seconds) ensuring their complete cleaning, rollers stop automatically and the user is prompted to remove the self-cleaning sheet by pulling the rod towards the outside of the machine. The user can then continue this maintenance process with another machine feeder. Once all the feeders have been cleaned (it is however possible to clean only a specific feeder), the user is invited to return to an operational mode of operation normal machine.
