Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (11) de laminage capable de former et d'ouvrir un espace (33) de laminage, qui permet de façonner une matière (35a) présentant un diamètre de section variable dans le sens axial, et de former un produit (35b) fini conique à partir de cette matière (35a) par forgeage à l'aide d'une matrice. Le rapport de réduction de la zone de section de la matière (35a) formée par forgeage à l'aide d'une matrice est inférieur à celui obtenu par seul forgeage à l'aide d'une matrice d'une matière présentant un diamètre de section uniforme dans le sens axial. De plus, le produit fini (35b) peut être formé en peu de temps, ce qui permet d'obtenir à faible coût un corps conique de très bonne qualité et présentant d'excellentes caractéristiques.
