Claims (7)
- Seilzugförderanlage mit stetig bewegtem Seil und Fahrzeugen, versehen mit lösbaren Ankuppelklemmen, umfassend, in den Stationen, eine Entkuppelschiene und eine Kuppelschiene der Kuppelklemme am Seil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kuppelschiene (1) auf federnd nachgiebige Art und Weise gelagert ist und ihr eine elastisch nachgiebige Rolle (23) zugeordnet ist, die das Zugseil (7) zwischen zwei festliegenden Führungsrollen trägt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass symmetrisch zu einem Höchsthub die Entkuppel- bzw. Kuppelschiene (1) durch jeweils ein Lager (11, 12) getragen wird, das aus einem an einer festen Struktur befestigten Bock (13), aus einem am Bock (13) und an der Entkuppel- bzw. Kuppelschiene (1) angelenkten Schwingarm (16) und aus einer zwischen Bock und Entkuppel- bzw. Kuppelschiene gespannten Feder (21) besteht, deren Federachse mit der Achse des Schwingarmes einen sich nach oben öffnenden Winkel bildet.
- Anlage nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entkuppel- bzw. Kuppelschiene (1) mit einem Endschalter (22) für den Betätigungshebel (3) der Klemme (5) versehen ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnd nachgiebige Rolle (23) von einem Schwingarm (24) getragen wird, der an einem Bock (26) angelenkt ist, der seinerseits stabil an einer festen Struktur angesetzt ist, wobei der Schwingarm (24) durch eine Feder (31) in Richtung zum von der Rolle (23) getragenen Seil (7) belastet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwingarm (24) durch zwei zueinander parallele Platten (33, 34) gebildet ist, die zwischen sich drehbar die Rolle (23) aufnehmen, wobei eine (34) der Platten außen einen Endschalter (38) für eine der Backen der Kuppelklemmen (4) trägt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Platte (33) einen Endschalter (33) für die Rolle (2) des Betätigungshebels trägt.
- Anlage nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endschalter in ihrer Position einstellbar befestigt sind.
