Abstract
Description
CH 686 707. Cette fixation présente l'avantage de contrôler, au moyen d'un ressort placé sous la surface d'appui de la chaussure sur la fixation, aussi bien le pivotement du serre-semelle autour d'un axe vertical en cas de chute que le basculement du serre-semelle dans un plan vertical. La disposition du ressort sous la surface d'appui de la chaussure permet d'avoir un rapport favorable entre les couples résistants exercés sur la chaussure dans le plan horizontal et dans le plan vertical. Une fixation du même type, mais comportant deux serre-semelles est connue de la demande de brevet internationale WO 00/29078 incorporée par référence. Les serre-semelles constituent deux leviers du premier genre présentant des bras divergeants destinés à retenir latéralement la chaussure et deux bras convergeants sensiblement perpendiculaires à l'axe longitudinal et munis chacun d'un bras descendant prenant appui en deux points proches l'un de l'autre sur l'extrémité d'un piston monté axialement dans le corps de la fixation s'étendant sous la chaussure et poussé par un ressort. La présence de deux serre-semelles avec deux points d'appui proches permet de réduire les efforts latéraux sur le piston et par conséquent de réduire les forces de frottement s'opposant au coulissement du piston. Les frottements des serre-semelles sur le trottoir de la chaussure sont également moins importants que dans une fixation à un seul serre-semelle. Selon un mode d'exécution représenté dans ce document, les serre-semelles s'appuient sur deux pistons parallèles, mais il est relevé qu'il est préférable d'avoir un seul piston commun aux deux serre-semelles. L'inventeur n'a donc pas vu le parti qu'il pouvait tirer d'avoir deux pistons.
Claims (17)
- Fixation de sécurité pour chaussure de ski dont la semelle présente un trottoir comprenant un corps de fixation (1) dont une partie, horizontale, destinée à l'appui vertical de la chaussure et s'étendant sous la chaussure contient une paire de pistons (7, 8) mobiles sollicités par des moyens élastiques (14, 15), et une autre partie (1) porte un serre-semelle (2, 3) de retenue de la chaussure par son trottoir, ce serre-semelle étant monté pivotant autour d'au moins un axe au moins approximativement vertical pour la libération de la chaussure et pivotant d'un angle limité dans un plan vertical autour d'un axe réel ou virtuel situé au niveau de la retenue de la chaussure par le serre-semelle, ce serre-semelle étant muni de deux bras descendants (5, 6) et rigidement liés au serre-semelle et dont les extrémités prennent respectivement appui sur chacun des pistons, caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques sont constitués de deux ressorts parallèles (14, 15) sur lesquels s'appuient respectivement chacun des pistons (7, 8), en ce que les pistons sont reliés entre eux par un moyen de liaison (20) et en ce que la fixation comprend des moyens de contrôle (24, 25 ; 30, 31 ; 40, 41) de ce moyen de liaison (20) susceptibles d'occuper une première position, dans laquelle les pistons sont solidarisés par le moyen de liaison et une seconde position dans laquelle l'un des pistons peut se déplacer seul, au moins à partir d'une certaine course commune des deux pistons et sur au moins une partie de la course totale des deux pistons.
- Fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le moyen de liaison est constitué d'une barrette (20) articulée à chacun des pistons.
- Fixation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de contrôle de la barrette comprennent des moyens de retenue de la barrette dans sa position médiane (24b, 25b ; 30, 31 ; 40a, 41a), ces moyens de retenue pouvant occuper deux positions, soit une position de retenue soit une position de libération de la barrette.
- Fixation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de retenue de la barrette comprennent une paire de pièces de retenue (24b, 25b ; 30, 31 ; 40a, 41a) indépendantes retenant la barrette (20) de chaque côté par ses côtés.
- Fixation selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de contrôle de la barrette comprennent des pièces en matériau ferromagnétique ou des aimants permanents (26, 27 ; 34, 35) de manière à pouvoir être actionnés par une chaussure munie d'un aimant permanent.
- Fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les pièces de retenue sont constituées de bascules (24, 25 ; 40, 41).
- Fixation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les bascules présentent un premier bras (24b, 25b) servant à la retenue de la barrette (20) et un second bras (24a, 25a) dirigé dans le même sens que le premier bras et portant un aimant permanent (26, 27) destiné à être attiré par un aimant équipant une chaussure pour le relèvement de la bascule et la libération de la barrette.
- Fixation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les pièces de retenue (30, 31) sont mobiles perpendiculairement au plan de la fixation contre l'action de ressorts (36, 37) et qu'elles portent une pièce en matériau ferromagnétique ou un aimant permanent (34, 35) ou qu'elles sont elles-mêmes en matériau ferromagnétique pour un actionnement par un aimant équipant une chaussure.
- Fixation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les pièces de retenue de la barrette sont constituées de bascules (40, 41) basculables mécaniquement par des plots ou similaires (48) fixés sur un côté des chaussures.
- Fixation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens d'actionnement des bascules constitués de pièces (42, 43) montées sur les côtés de la fixation, déplaçables par lesdits plots contre l'action de ressorts de rappel.
- Fixation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdites pièces d'actionnement (42, 43) des bascules sont montées pivotantes autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe longitudinal de la fixation et qu'elles sont sollicitées par un ressort travaillant à la fois en compression et en torsion, de manière à permettre aux dites pièces de basculer vers l'extérieur de la fixation pour laisser passer la chaussure lors d'un déclenchement de la fixation et à redresser ces pièces lorsque la chaussure a quitté le ski ou lorsque la chaussure est en position correcte sur le ski.
- Fixation selon l'une des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un second moyen (38) de retenue latérale, fixe, de la barrette (20), agencé de telle sorte que la barrette n'est libérée qu'après une certaine course simultanée des deux pistons.
- Fixation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que le second moyen de retenue latérale de la barrette est constitué d'une encoche (38) dans laquelle est engagée l'extrémité coudée (23) de la barrette.
- Fixation selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente, de chaque côté de ladite encoche (38) une face cylindrique sur laquelle vient s'appuyer l'extrémité coudée (23) de la barrette après s'être échappée de ladite encoche (38).
- Fixation selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la position des centres de courbure des deux faces cylindriques (50a, 50b) est choisie en fonction de la forme de la courbe de déclenchement désirée.
- Fixation selon l'une des revendications 2 à 15, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens de limitation du pivotement de la barrette (20) de telle sorte qu'au bout d'un certain pivotement les deux pistons (7, 8) sont forcément entraínés simultanément.
- Fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que le serre-semelle est divisé en deux serre-semelles indépendants (2, 3) montés chacun pivotants autour d'un axe (9, 10) au moins approximativement verticale propre et constituant deux leviers du premier genre présentant deux bras de levier divergeants destinés à retenir latéralement la chaussure et deux bras convergeants au moins approximativement perpendiculaires à l'axe longitudinal de la fixation et prenant respectivement appui sur l'extrémité de chacun des pistons par l'intermédiaire d'un bras descendant (5, 6) en deux points proches l'un de l'autre.
