Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Höhenverstellung der oberen Geschirrkörbe von Spülmaschinen mit einer am Geschirrkorb befestigbaren Korbplatte (20) und einer mit dieser zusammenwirkenden, mit der Auszugsschiene des Geschirrkorbs in Eingriff bringbaren Rollenplatte (10), wobei eine der Platten (10, 20) mindestens eine Schaltkulisse (22) und die andere Platte (10, 20) mindestens einen in der mindestens einen Kulisse (22) bewegbaren Führungskörper (14) aufweist, sodass durch eine Vertikalbewegung des Geschirrkorbs ein Absenken und Anheben des Geschirrkorbs möglich ist, wobei die mit mindestens einer Schaltkulisse (22) versehene Platte (20) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff gefertigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der thermoplastische Kunststoff mit einem Füllstoff verstärkt ist und die Platte (10) mit dem mindestens einen Führungskörper (12, 13, 14) aus einem flexiblen Kunststoffmaterial gefertigt ist, sodass ein Verklipsen der beiden Platten (10, 20) möglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruach 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Platte (10) mit dem oder den Führungskörpern (14) mindestens der oder die Führungskörper (12, 13, 14) aus einem Kunststoff mit guten Gleiteigenschaften gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) mit der mindestens einen Schaltkulisse (22) mindestens bereichsweise aus glasfaserverstärktem Polyamid mit einem Füllstoffgrad von 5 - 60 Gewichtsprozenten gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) mit der mindestens einen Schaltkulisse (22) aus PA6 mit einer Verstärkung mit 25 - 30 % Glasfasern und die Platte (10) mit dem mindestens einen Führungskörper (12, 13, 14) aus verstärktem POM gefertigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass neben den Füllstoffen ein Gleitmittelzusatz im Werkstoff für die Platte (20) mit der mindestens einen Schaltkulisse (22) enthalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Material für die Platte (10) mit dem mindestens einen Führungskörper (12, 13, 14) ein Gleitmittel zugesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (20) mit der mindestens einen Schaltkulisse (22) die Korbplatte und die Platte (10) mit dem mindestens einen Führungskörper (12, 13, 14) die Rollenplatte ist.
