Claims (14)
- Verschluß mit einem Verriegelungselement (2), das mit einem Eingriffselement (4) in Eingriff bringbar ist und die zum Lösen des Eingriffs relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind, wobei das Verriegelungselement (2) ein federndes Verriegelungsteil (12) mit zumindest einem, einen Eingriffsvorsprung (42) des Eingriffselementes (4) hintergreifenden Verriegelungsvorsprung (18, 20) hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsteil (12) relativ zu Anschlägen (34,36,72,73,88,90) bewegbar gelagert ist und bei eingesetztem Eingriffsvorsprung form- und/oder kraftschlüssig mit dem Eingriffsvorsprung (42) in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 1, wobei der Anschlag (34, 36) an einem das Verriegelungsteil (12) aufnehmenden Gehäuse (6) ausgebildet ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Verriegelungsteil (12) etwa u-förmig ausgebildet ist und an seinen beiden U-Schenkeln (14, 16) zwei den Eingriffsvorsprung (42) des Eingriffselementes (4) hintergreifende Verriegelungsvorsprünge (18, 20) hat, an deren Stirnseiten Anlageflächen, vorzugsweise Schrägflächen (24, 26) ausgebildet sind, denen entsprechende Anschlagflächen, insbesondere Keilflächen (34, 36) des Anschlages zugeordnet sind.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 3, wobei der Eingriffsvorsprung (18, 20) an seinen Flanken zumindest eine Steuerfläche (64, 66) aufweist, über die beim Öffnen des Verschlusses (1) eine Öffnungsbewegung des Verriegelungsteils (12) steuerbar ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Eingriffselement (4) einen Rastkörper (48) hat, der in einen Aufnahmeraum (50) eines Eingriffsgehäuses (38) eingesetzt ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 5, wobei der Rastkörper (48) zumindest einen Federschenkel (52) hat, der im eingerasteten Zustand an einem Rastvorsprung (58) des Eingriffsgehäuses (38) abgestützt ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 6, wobei am Rastkörper (48) zwei achsensymmetrisch angeordnete Federschenkel (52a, 52b) ausgebildet sind, die jeweils an einem Rastvorsprung (58a, 58b) abgestützt sind.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der Federweg des Federschenkels (52) mit Bezug zu einem den Eingriffsvorsprung (42) tragenden Basisteil (51) des Rastkörpers (48) durch einen Schwenkanschlag (82) begrenzt ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 8, wobei das Basisteil (51) mit einer Seitenfläche (56, 60, 88) an einer Stützkante (54, 62) des Eingriffsgehäuses (38) abgestützt ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der Patentansprüche 5 bis 9, wobei das Eingriffsgehäuse (38) und/oder das Gehäuse (6) jeweils mit Montageschlitzen (32, 44, 90) versehen ist, durch das ein Eingriffsteil (40) des Eingriffselementes (4) bzw. das Verriegelungsteil (12) ins Gehäuse (6, 38) einsetzbar ist.
- Verschluß nach Patentanspruch 10, wobei beide Gehäuse (6, 38) identisch ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei das Verrigelungsteil (12) und ein Eingriffsteil (40) des Eingriffselements (4) jeweils einen stirnseitigen Durchbruch (32,44) eines Gehäuses (6,38) durchsetzen, wobei zwischen den Umfangskanten der Durchbrüche (32,44) und dem jeweiligen Teil (4,40) zumindest quer zur Schließrichtung ein Spiel vorhanden ist.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei am Eingriffselement (4) mehrere in Schließrichtung hintereinander liegende Eingriffsvorsprünge (42) ausgebildet sind.
- Verschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, wobei die Federwirkung des Verriegelungsteils (12) durch Schlitze ausgebildet ist
