Claims (8)
- Formteil zur Halterung eines Exciters für einen Flachmembranlautsprecher mit einem eine Spule aufnehmenden Innenring (10), der mit der schallabgebenden Membran verklebt ist und einem mit dem Innenring (10) über eine Mehrzahl geschwungen ausgebildeter Brückenstege (22) verbundenen Außenring (16) zur Befestigung eines oder mehrerer Magnetsysteme,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Gruppen von über den Umfang verteilten Brückenstegen (22) vorgesehen sind, wobei die wenigstens zwei Gruppen in wenigstens zwei mit unterschiedlichem Abstand zur schallabgebenden Membran liegenden Ebenen angeordnet sind. - Formteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenring (10) einen mit dem flächig an der Membran anliegenden Innenbereich einstückigen, rechtwinklig von der Membran wegweisenden Außenmantel aufweist, der an seiner die Spule tragenden Innenseite mit einer Vielzahl von Belüftungsöffnungen (14) versehen ist, die sich zu dem neben den mit der Membran verklebten Innenbereich öffnen, wobei die Brückenstege (22) an die Außenseite des Außenmantels angesetzt angesetzt sind.
- Formteil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einzelner Brückensteg (22) eine Wellenform aus wenigstens zwei gegeneinander gerichteten Biegungen aufweist.
- Formteil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeicnet, daß die Verbindung eines Brückenstegs (22) mit dem Innenring (10) und/oder dem Außenring (16) mit einem Winkel von weniger als 45° zum Radius erfolgt.
- Formteil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenring (16) rechtwinklig zur Ringebene von der Membran wegweisenden Hakenzungen (18) zum einschnappenden Eingriff in die an ihm zu befestigenden Magnetsyteme aufweist.
- Formteil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Außenring jeder Hakenzungen (18) benachbart zwei "L"-förmige Zentrierpassungen (22) angeordnet sind.
- Formteil nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hakenzungen (18) und/oder Zentrierpassungen (28) aus der Innenmantelfläche des Außenringes (16) nach innen vorspringen.
- Formteil nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenring (16) am äußeren Umfang Einschübe (24) zum Einschub von Lötösen und oder Lötstiften aufweist.
