Claims (18)

  1. Ausgabekopf (18, 18', 18", 118) zur Betätigung eines Ausgabeelements (12), insbesondere eines Ventils, das zur Ausstattung eines ein auszugebendes Produkt enthaltenden Behälters (2) gehört, und zur Ausgabe des Produkts durch mindestens eine Ausgabeöffnung (32), wobei der Ausgabekopf aufweist:
    a) einen mindestens zum Teil einen Zufuhrkanal (50) begrenzenden Körper (20, 120), der zum Zusammenbau des Kopfes mit dem Behälter bestimmt ist, und
    b) ein Element (30, 130), in dem die Ausgabeöffnung (32) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Element zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die Ausgabeöffnung (32) mit dem Zuführkanal (50) in Verbindung steht, und einer zweiten Stellung, in der die Verbindung unterbrochen ist, beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass elastische Mittel (40, 140) vorgesehen sind, um, wenn das Element (30, 130) in der ersten Stellung ist, eine elastische Auflage zwischen dem Körper (20, 120) und dem elastischen Element (30, 1309 zu gewährleisten.
  2. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (40, 140) so angeordnet sind, dass sie eine Rückholkraft parallel zu einer Austrittsachse (Y) des Produkts ausüben.
  3. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgabeöffnung (32) in einer Zerstäuberdüse (34) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zufuhrkanal (50) an seinem Ende, das mit der Ausgabeöffnung (32) in Verbindung gebracht werden soll, einen "Center-Post" (28) bildet, der in Zusammenwirkung mit dem beweglichen Element (30, 130), wenn dieses sich in der ersten Stellung befindet, eine mit der Ausgabeöffnung (32) in Verbindung stehende Wirbelkammer (21) begrenzt.
  5. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Center-Post (28) in Bezug auf eine Oberfläche (21a) des Körpers vorsteht, die sich vor der Ausgabeöffnung (32) befindet.
  6. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (40) fest mit dem beweglichen Element (30) verbunden sind.
  7. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (40) aus einer elastisch dehnbaren Membran (41) bestehen, die insbesondere in Form eines ringförmigen Elements um die ganze Ausgabeöffnung (32) herum angeordnet ist.
  8. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 und nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität der Membran (41) derart ist, dass, wenn das bewegliche Element (30) in der ersten Stellung ist, ein Abschnitt (34a) des beweglichen Elements, der sich innerhalb der Membran (41) befindet und in dem die Ausgabeöffnung (32) ausgebildet ist, elastisch gegen den "Center-Post" (28) anliegt.
  9. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (140) fest mit dem Körper verbunden (120) sind.
  10. Ausgabekopf nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Center-Post (28) in einer Richtung parallel zur Austrittsachse (Y) des Produkts zumindest teilweise elastisch zusammendrückbar ist.
  11. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (40, 140) aus einem Elastomermaterial bestehen, das insbesondere aus der Gruppe der Elastomere aus thermoplastischem Polyesterurethan (AU), Polybutadien (BR), Brombutylkautschuken (BIIR) oder Chlorbutylkautschuken (CIIR), nachchloriertem Polyethylen (CM), Polyesteraramid-Copolymeren (CPA), Polyesterglykol-Copolymeren (CPE), Polychloropren (CR), chlorsulfoniertem Polyethylen (CSM), Ethylen/Methylacrylat-Copolymeren (EAM), Ethylen/Propylen/Dien-Terpolymeren (EPDM), Ethylen/Propylen-Copolymeren (EPM), Polyetherurethanen (EU), fluorkohlenstoffhaltigen Co- oder Terpolymeren (FKM, FPM), Butylkautschuk (IIR), Polyisopren (IR, NR), Nitrilkautschuk (NBR), Polyurethanen (PUR), Phenyl- oder Vinyl-methylsiliconen (PVMQ), Styrol/Butadien-Copolymeren (SBR), Styrol/Butadien-Blockcopolymeren (SBS), Styrol/Butadien/Butylen/Styrol-Blockcopolymeren (SEBS), Styrol/Isopren-Blockcopolymeren (SIS), synthetischen Kautschuken (SR), Polysulfiden (TM), thermoplastischen Kautschuken (TPE), Derivaten von thermoplastischen elastomeren Polyolefinen (TPO), thermoplastischen Polyurethanen (TPU), Polyvinylsiliconen (VMQ), Latex von Butadien/Styrol/2-Vinylpyridin-Copolymeren (VP), ausgewählt wird.
  12. Ausgabekopf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch Bi-Injektion eines thermoplastischen Elastomers, das die elastischen Mittel (40, 140) bildet, und eines nicht-elastomeren Materials hergestellt wird, das den Rest des Ausgabekopfes (18, 18', 18", 118) bildet.
  13. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Mittel (40) aus einer Zone geringerer Stärke bestehen.
  14. Ausgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (70a, 70b) vorgesehen sind, um eine Dichtheit zwischen dem Körper (20, 120) und dem beweglichen Element (30, 130) zu gewährleisten.
  15. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergang des beweglichen Elements von der ersten in die zweite Stellung und umgekehrt durch eine Schwenkbewegung des beweglichen Elements (30, 130) um eine Achse (Z) senkrecht zur Austrittsachse (Y) des Produkts erfolgt.
  16. Ausgabekopf nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (30, 130) am Körper (20, 120) mit Hilfe eines Scharniers (36a, 36b), insbesondere eines Folienscharniers oder eines Scharniers mit Drehzapfen, angelenkt ist.
  17. Ausgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungs-/Verriegelungsmittel (38, 38a, 38b) vorgesehen sind, um das bewegliche Element (30, 130) in umkehrbarer Weise in der ersten Stellung zu verriegeln.
  18. Einheit (1) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, wobei über der Einheit ein Ausgabeelement (12), insbesondere eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einem Ausgabekopf (18, 18', 18", 118) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
