Description
Als Antwort erhält der Nutzer das Autobahnnetz um die ausgewählte Stadt auf dem WAP-Phone-Display seines Endgerätes dargestellt. Zusätzlich werden alle aktuellen Verkehrsstörungen in diesem Kartenausschnitt grafisch angezeigt. Hierbei wird zwischen Staus (z.B. durchgezogene fette Markierung) und zähfließendem Verkehr (z.B. schraffierte Markierung) unterschieden. Aus der Darstellung der Störung auf der entsprechenden Seite der Autobahn läßt sich die Fahrtrichtung der Störung erkennen.
Daraufhin wird ein Kartenausschnitt von einer Zentrale an das Endgerät über einen beliebigen Mobilfunkkanal (in Form von Karteninformationen) übertragen. Die Karteninformationen können pixelweise oder segmentweise (entsprechend Strichen etc. für Straßen oder Straßenabschnitte) übertragen werden.
Verkehrsinformationen betreffend den Zustand von Segmenten (Straßen, Straßenabschnitten, Fahrbahnen, Fahrbahnabschnitten) eines Straßenverkehrsnetzes können dabei in unterschiedlichster Weise von der Zentrale an das Endgerät übermittelt werden; vorzugsweise sind in der Zentrale und im Endgerät in Tabellen z. B. Codes abgespeichert, welche eine komprimierte Übermittlung erlauben. Endgerätseitig wird der kartenausschnitt grafisch dargestellt auf einem Display des Mobilfunkendgerätes (oder alternativ einem damit verbundenen oder verbindbaren Zusatzgerät). Dabei werden die Verkehrsinformationen endgerätseitig im Kartenausschnitt dargestellt. Beispielsweise kann eine Straße, in welcher sich ein Stau befindet dadurch in einer auf dem Endgerät-Display dargestellten Karte als Verdickung einer Linie oder durch parallele Linien zu einer Linie (welche eine Straße oder einen Straßenabschnitt darstellt) angezeigt werden.
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Selektion von von einer Verkehrsinformationszentrale an ein Mobilfunkendgerät zu übermittelnden Verkehrsinformationen,
wobei in der Verkehrsinformationszentrale aufgrund von die Auswahl eines geografischen Bereiches repräsentierenden Auswahlinformationen den ausgewählten Bereich betreffende Karteninformationen aus einer in der Verkehrsinformationszentrale vorliegenden digitalen Karte eines Verkehrsnetzes ausgewählt werden und aufgrund der Auswahlinformationen den geografischen Bereich des Straßenverkehrsrietzes betreffende, den Verkehrszustand von Straßenabschnitten des Straßenverkehrsnetzes repräsentierende Verkehrszustandsinformationen aus der Verkehrsinformationszentrale vorliegenden Verkehrszustandsinformationen ausgewählt werden
und auf den ausgewählten Karteninformationen und den ausgewählten Verkehrszustandsinformationen basierende grafische Verkehrsinformationen per Mobilfunk zur gemeinsamen grafischen Darstellung an das Mobitfunkendgerät übersandt werden, und
wobei die Auswahlinformationen bestimmt werden aufgrund der von einem Mobilfunknetzbetreiber bestimmten Mobilfunkzellen-Identität einer Mobilfunkzelle, über welche die Kommunikation zwischen der Verkehrsinformationszentrate und dem Mobilfunkendgerät läuft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragung an das Mobitfunkendgerät per WAP erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karteninformationen und Verkehrszustandsinformationen einen vorgegebenen Bereich in Form einer Stadt an oder in der Nähe der mobilfunknetzbetreiberseitig bestimmten Ortsposition betreffen.
