Claims (8)
- Ventilblock, umfassend mindestens zwei Sperrventile (6, 7), die jeweils ein Ventilschließglied (26, 27) aufweisen, das mit einem Ventilsitz (28, 29) zusammenwirkt und in Sperrstellung eine Verbraucherseite (A, B) von einer Versorgerseite (C, D) trennt, und das mittels mindestens einer in einem Federraum (4, 5) angeordneten Feder (61, 62) in Sperrichtung belastet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federraum (4, 5) von jedem der Sperrventile (6, 7) mit einem jedem Sperrventil (6, 7) zugeordneten Vorsteuerventil (10) verbunden ist.
- Ventilblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorsteuerventil (10) ein entsperrbares Rückschlagventil ist.
- Ventilblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Federräumen (4, 5) der mindestens zwei Sperrventile (6, 7) und dem Vorsteuerventil (10) jeweils ein in Richtung des Federraums (4, 5) sperrendes Rückschlagventil (8, 9) liegt, das einen Leckfluß zwischen den Federräumen (4, 5) verhindert.
- Ventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrventile (6, 7) beim Öffnen des Vorsteuerventils (10) durch den von der Verbraucherseite (A, B) oder der Versorgerseite (C, D) auf das jeweilige Ventilschließglied (26, 27) wirkenden Druck öffnen.
- Ventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das jeweilige Ventilschließglied (26, 27) eine Wandung aufweist, in der eine Begrenzungsdrossel (12) ausgebildet ist, welche eine Verbindung zwischen der Verbraucherseite (A, B) und dem Federraum (4, 5) herstellt.
- Ventilblock nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Begrenzungsdrossel (12) eines jeden Ventilschließglieds (26, 27) und der jeweilig angrenzenden Verbraucherseite (A, B) jeweils ein wenigstens teilweise ringartiger Spalt (11) ausgebildet ist.
- Ventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versorgerseiten (C, D) der Sperrventile (6, 7) mit einem Wegeventil (1) verbunden sind.
- Ventilblock nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbraucherseiten (A, B) der Sperrventile (6, 7) mit einem Zylinder (2) zum Einstellen des Neigewinkels (+α, -α) eines Gabelstaplerhubmastes (21) verbunden sind.
