Claims (6)
- Hydraulische Ventilanordnung
mit einem Ventilblock (3), der zwei Versorgungsanschlüsse (C, D) und mit zwei Verbraucheranschlüsse (A, B) und zwei jeweils gegensinnig durchströmten Sperrventilen (6, 7) aufweist,
von denen jedes zwischen einem Versorgungsanschluß und einem zugehörigen Verbraucheranschluss angeordnet ist und ein Ventilschließglied (26, 27) aufweist, das in Richtung Öffnen an einer ersten Fläche vom Druck im jeweiligen Versorgungsanschluß und an einer zweiten Fläche vom Druck im zugehörigen Verbraucheranschluss und in Richtung Schließen von einer in einem Federraum (4, 5) angeordneten Feder (61, 62) und an einer dritten Fläche, die so groß wie die Summe der beiden anderen Flächen ist, vom Druck im Federraum (4, 5) beaufschlagt ist, wobei der Federraum über eine Begrenzungsdrossel (12) fluidisch mit dem zugehörigen Verbraucheranschluss (A, B) verbunden ist,
und mit einem Vorsteuerventil (10), über das zum Öffnen des jeweiligen Sperrventils (6, 7) dessen Federraum (4, 5) von Druck entlastbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Federräume (4, 5) mit demselben Vorsteuerventil (10) verbunden und in derselben Schaltstellung des Vorsteuerventils von Druck entlastet sind. - Hydraulische Ventilanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vorsteuerventil (10) ein entsperrbares Rückschlagventil ist.
- Hydraulische Ventilanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Federräumen (4, 5) der Sperrventile (6, 7) und dem Vorsteuerventil (10) jeweils ein in Richtung zu dem Federraum hin sperrendes Rückschlagventil (8, 9) liegt.
- Hydraulische Ventilanordnung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das jeweilige Ventilschließglied (26, 27) eine Wandung aufweist, in der die den Federraum (4, 5) mit dem jeweiligen Verbraucheranschluss (A, B) verbindende Begrenzungsdrossel (12) ausgebildet ist.
- Hydraulische Ventilanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Begrenzungsdrossel (12) eines jeden Ventilschließglieds (26, 27) und dem jeweilig angrenzenden Verbraucheranschluss (A, B) ein wenigstens teilweise ringartiger Spalt (11) ausgebildet ist.
- Hydraulische Ventilanordnung nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versorgungsanschlüsse (C, D) mit einem Wegeventil (1) verbunden sind.
