einer Überhitzung des Heizkörpers berücksichtigt werden müßten. Dadurch kann
die Heizkammer 30 von Fig. 2 eine kleinere Höhe haben als die Heizkammer 30 von
Fig. 1. Damit wird aber auch die Menge an freier Flotte der Behandfungsflüssigkeit reduziert.

- Laundry treatment machine comprising a solution container (4), a laundry drum (6) which receives laundry articles (8) and which is rotatably arranged in the solution container, a circulatory pumping device (20) with a pump (22) for recirculation of laundry treatment liquid from the lower end of the solution container back into the laundry drum, at least one electric heating body (32) in a heating chamber (30) at the lower end of the solution container (4), a circulation pumping inlet opening (34), which is provided in the heating chamber, of the circulatory pumping device (20) and a device (44) for pumping away the solution no longer needed, characterised in that the heating chamber (30) is constructed as a trough (28) which is formed at the bottom at the solution container and the side walls (36) of which are so adjacent to the heating body (32) that they are still not overheated in operation of the heating body (32) surrounded by treatment liquid, that the circulation pumping inlet opening (34) of the circulatory pumping device (20) is arranged in the heating chamber (30) above the at least one heating body (32) and that a return flow block (48) is arranged between the heating chamber (30) and the pumping-away device (44) and prevents return flow from the pumping-away device (44) into the heating chamber (30).
- Laundry treatment machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the side walls (34) extend integrally in downward direction from the circumferential course of the wall of the solution container (4).
- Laundry treatment machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the trough (28) is formed from a heating chamber housing (50) which is integrally formed at the underside of the solution container (4) and which is kept in flow connection with the deepest point of the solution container (4) by a passage opening (52), the horizontal cross-section of which is substantially smaller than the horizontal cross-section of the heating chamber housing.
- Laundry treatment machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a pumping-away device (44) is connected with a lowest point of the heating chamber (30).
- Laundry treatment machine according to claim 1 or 4, characterised in that the return flow block is a non-return valve (48).
- Laundry treatment machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an electrical control device (18) and a fresh water feed device (12, 14, 16) for controlled feed of fresh water into the laundry drum (6) in dependence on the liquid state in the heating chamber (30) are provided.
