Claims (17)
- Verfahren zum Umwandlung zumindest eines alten, einen Wagenkasten aufweisenden Schienenfahrzeugs (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ein Zertrennen des oder der Wagenkästen in zumindest drei Kastenabschnitte (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) mit einem oder mehreren mittleren Abschnitten (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) und zwei Kastenendabschnitten (7, 7a, 7b, 7c), ein Absenken des oder der mittleren Kastenabschnitte (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) und ein Verbinden des oder der mittleren Kastenabschnitte in abgesenkter Position mit zwei nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) durch geeignete Befestigungsmittel und durch geeignete Trennlinienverläufe umfasst, um ein Niederflurschienenfahrzeug (23, 27, 29, 32, 41) zu erhalten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Befestigungsmittel ein Ausgleichsmodul (17, 22) eingesetzt wird, der als strukturelle und funktionelle Verbindung zwischen den in der Senkrechten versetzten Kastenabschnitten wirkt, und dadurch, dass dieser Ausgleichsmodul vorteilhaft ein Türenmodul (22) oder ein kombinierter Türen-Fenster-Modul (17) ist, wobei dieser Ausgleichsmodul so zwischen den abgesenkten und nicht abgesenkten Kastenabschnitten angeordnet wird, dass die Tür dieses Moduls zu einem Niederflurbereich Zugang gewährt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei abgesenkte mittlere Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a, 10), die durch Zertrennen von zumindest zwei der Wagenkästen gewonnen worden sind, über auf einem zentralen Drehgestell (16) abgestützte Gelenkzwischenelemente (15) aneinander gekoppelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an jedem der einander zugewandten Enden der beiden abgesenkten mittleren Kastenabschnitte ein Gelenkmodul (15) befestigt wird, der auf dem zentralen Drehgestell (16) gelenkig verbunden und abgestützt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen die abgesenkten mittleren Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a, 10) und die Gelenkmoduln (15) ein Türenmodul (22) oder ein kombinierter Türen-Fenster-Modul (17) eingefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagenkasten eines einzigen alten Schienenfahrzeugs in drei Kastenabschnitte (7c, 8c) zertrennt wird und der mit zumindest einer Tür ausgerüstete mittlere Kastenabschnitt (8c) in einer abgesenkten Position an den nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7c) befestigt wird, um ein Schienenfahrzeug zu gewinnen, das zumindest eine Tür (40) aufweist, die Zugang zum Niederflurbereich gewährt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wagenkasten eines einzigen alten Schienenfahrzeugs (1) in drei Kastenabschnitte (7, 8) zertrennt wird und der mittlere Kastenabschnitt (8) in einer abgesenkten Position über Türenmoduln (22) an den nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7) befestigt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wagenkästen von zwei alten Schienenfahrzeugen (1) entlang einer ersten Trennlinie (2a, 2) zertrennt werden, um zwei Kastenendabschnitte (7, 7a) zu gewinnen, dass die beiden Wagenkästen entlang einer zweiten Trennlinie (3, 4) zertrennt werden, um zwei mittlere Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a) zu gewinnen, dass zwischen die beiden abgesenkten mittleren Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a) und die nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitte (7, 7a) ein Türenmodul (22) eingefügt wird und dass die beiden abgesenkten mittleren Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a) vermittels eines zentralen Drehgestells (16) verbunden werden, das zwei Gelenkmoduln (15) trägt, die an je einem mittleren Kastenabschnitt (9, 9a) befestigt sind, um ein Gelenkfahrzeug mit einem Niederflurbereich in einem begrenzten Bereich zwischen den beiden Kastenendabschnitten (7, 7a) zu gewinnen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Gelenkmoduln (15) über je einen kombinierten Türen-Fenster-Modul (30) an den mittleren Kastenabschnitten (9a) befestigt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere alte Schienenfahrzeuge (1) in je drei Kastenabschnitte zertrennt werden, von denen jeweils der mittlere Kastenabschnitt (9, 10) abgesenkt und an seinen beiden Enden mit je einem kombinierten Türen-Fenster-Modul (17) und einem auf zentralen Drehgestellen (16) abgestützten Gelenkmodul (15) ausgerüstet wird, wobei jeder der beiden an den Enden befindlichen mittleren Kastenabschnitte (9) über je einen Türenmodul (22) mit einem nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitt (7b) verbunden wird, um einen Schienenzug (32) aus mehreren Niederflurwagen zu gewinnen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mit einem Führerstand ausgerüstetes Vorderabteil (18) an das eine oder beide Enden des gewonnenen Fahrzeugs oder Zuges angefügt wird.
- Schienenfahrzeug mit einem Wagenkasten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass letzterer aus zumindest drei ausgeschnittenen und umgestellten Kastenabschnitten (7, 7a, 7b, 7c, 8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) besteht, die von einem alten Schienenfahrzeug (1) stammen und zwei Kastenendabschnitte (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) sowie zumindest einen mittleren Kastenabschnitt (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) umfassen, und dadurch, dass dieser oder diese mittleren Kastenabschnitte (8, 8c, 9, 9a, 10) in einer abgesenkten Position durch geeignete Befestigungsmittel und durch geeignete Trennlinienführung so mit zwei nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7, 7a, 7b, 7c) verbunden werden, dass sie ein Niederflurschienenfahrzeug (23, 27, 29, 32, 41) bilden.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel durch einen Ausgleichsmodul (17, 22) gebildet werden, der als strukturelle und funktionelle Verbindung zwischen den in der Senkrechten versetzten Kastenabschnitten wirkt, und dadurch, dass dieser Ausgleichsmodul vorteilhaft ein Türenmodul (22) oder ein kombinierter Türen-Fenster-Modul (17) ist, der so angeordnet wird, dass die Tür dieses Moduls zu einem Niederflurbereich Zugang gewährt.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zumindest zwei abgesenkte und aneinander über auf einem zentralen Drehgestell (16) abgestützte Gelenkorgane (15) gekoppelte mittlere Kastenabschnitte (9, 9a, 10) umfasst, wobei diese Gelenkorgane zwei Gelenkmoduln (15) umfassen, die direkt, über einen Türenmodul (22) oder über einen kombinierten Türen-Fenster-Modul (17) an den mittleren Kastenabschnitten (9, 9a, 10) befestigt sind.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen einzigen mittleren Kastenabschnitt (8c) umfasst, der mit zumindest einer Tür ausgerüstet und in einer abgesenkten Position an den nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7c) befestigt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen einzigen mittleren Kastenabschnitt (8) umfasst, der in einer abgesenkten Position über Türenmoduln (22) an den nicht abgesenkten Kastenendabschnitten (7) befestigt ist.
- Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mehrere abgesenkte und mit auf zentralen Drehgestellen (16) abgestützten, kombinierten Türen-Fenster-Moduln (17) und Gelenkmoduln (15) ausgerüstete mittlere Kastenabschnitte (9, 10) umfasst, wobei die beiden an den Enden befindlichen mittleren Kastenabschnitte (9) über je einen Türenmodul (22) so mit einem nicht abgesenkten Kastenabschnitt (7b) verbunden sind, dass sie einen Schienenzug (32) aus mehreren Niederflurwagen bilden, wobei dieser Zug an einem oder beiden Enden mit einem Vorderabteil (18) mit Führerstand ausgerüstet werden kann.
