Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Erhebung von Gebühren für die Benutzung von Straßen oder Verkehrsflächen, bei dem ein in einem Fahrzeug angeordnetes Gerät Positionsdaten des Fahrzeugs erfaßt (20), wobei das Gerät beim Passieren einer straßenseitig angeordneten Bake eine kurzreichweitige elektronische Kommunikation (50, 80) mit der Bake zur Bezahlung der Gebühren durchführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Falle einer Übereinstimmung der Positionsdaten mit Daten eines gebührenpflichtigen bakenlosen Straßenteilnetzes die Bezahlung der Gebühren über eine langreichweitige elektronische Kommunikation (60) des Geräts mit einer Kontrollzentrale erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gerät die Positionsdaten mit den auf einem Datenspeicher, insbesondere einem im Fahrzeug angeordneten Massenspeicher, beispielsweise CD-ROM, DVD oder Chip-ROM, abgelegten Positionen des Straßenteilnetzes vergleicht (40), so daß bei Benutzung des Straßenteilnetzes die langreichweitige Kommunikation aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Baken entlang gebührenpflichtiger Straßen in Ballungsgebieten angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionsdaten über ein satellitengestütztes Informationssystem, insbesondere über GPS, erhalten werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kurzreichweitige Kommunikation mittels Mikrowellen erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die langreichweitige Kommunikation mittels eines Mobilfunks, insbesondere eines GSM-Mobilfunks, erfolgt.
- Gerät zur automatischen Erhebung von Gebühren, das ein Positionserfasssungssystem (6) zur Erfassung der Position des Fahrzeugs und ein Modul (5) zur kurzreichweitigen Kommunikation mit einer Bake aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiteres Modul (4) zur langreichweitigen Kommunikation mit einer Kontrollzentrale vorgesehen ist, wobei eine Kontrolleinheit (1) mit dem Positionserfassungssystem (6), dem Modul (5) und dem weiteren Modul (4) verbunden ist zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Datenspeicher (2) vorgesehen ist zur Speicherung von Daten, insbesondere Positionsdaten, des gebührenpflichtigen bakenlosen Straßenteilnetzes, so daß die Kontrolleinheit (1) die Positionsdaten des Fahrzeugs mit den Positionsdaten des Straßenteilnetzes vergleichen kann.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenspeicher (2) durch eine CD-ROM, eine DVD oder einen Chip-ROM, insbesondere einen auf eine Chipkarte aufgebrachten ROM, gebildet wird.
